I was mining at the Aluminium mine when a helicopter showed up with guys on the side of it who had guns on their hands.
I got my gun out for safety reasons and they started shooting (without warning me or asking anything) at me which got me killed. After they started shooting I shot as well to protect myself but it was useless. They started shooting without any warning. After that one of them executed me without any kind of warning as well.

this is a full 7 minutes of the incident 

 
We did shout lower your wepon when in the heli however after this we were informed by a cheif of police that on the server we need to get out of the chopper to inniciate. At the time we were listenming to a player who had experience on the server therefore we thought he was correct in saying we can shout him down from the heli.(we were every new at this stage of the game). As this was all confused, warning shots were fired and called from the heli and when he returned fire directly at the heli we took this as instigation and i dropped out the heli to flank him and proceeded to down him and i was not the one to execute him. So from our point of view at the time we saw this as fair play, hense the sour reaction of my friends but now we have talked to some of the staff team we understand how to inicciate in the server and are sorry for any problems caused.May i add too the player didnt directly try and resolve the issue peacefully with me or my friends individually in game. He broke RP and when dopwned and talked out of RP multiple times breaking emersion. And i would have appreciated a direct message or a calmer attitute if he was to actually disscus the matter with me.

I didn't hear this, what are you referring to?

Finally, you're trying to tell us that you're new to the server, wen't to the trouble of learning how to buy a heli, and where to buy rebel gear and weapons yet you didn't bother to learn the rules?  Clearly you've been playing long enough to be able to afford that kind of equipment.

i'm the guy in the high viz jacket, and we where new to the server and that wasn't our chopper or our gear. We where given it by a player who had all the stuff already, he also told us how to start the fights without breaking the rules and everything he told us wasn't true at all and we have already spoken to someone about the rules we have broken and we understand what we did wrong and we now initiate fights properly 

 
As i said before we were listning to a player called achillies who gifted us all the gear and told us how to go about combat. and this was, i think our first day of the server.

 
What is there to be resolved I have admitted my wrong doings and given my reason for it.so now the question is do you give him the compensation or not.

@AKdeadshot If you are of the belief that you have done wrong it is up to yourself to contact the person whom you have affected with your rule breaking to attempt to reach some sort of resolution, not for us to provide them compensation for your wrongdoing on your request. 

@Quavo It is unlikely this report would have been made if this incident had already been resolved.

it can be as unlikely as you want, we've still already talked to someone about what we did and why it was against the rules so we wont be coming to resolve it again

You are not AKDeadshot or Paulo Serafim. You have given your input, now its time for you to let @AKdeadshot awnser the question i ask HIM and not you.

 
I am sorry for taking so long to answer this topic but I am on vacations.

I tried to solve this with the players who were present in the helicopter at the time but they did not show any will to solve this without envolving staff members. I tried to contact them through OOC but got no answer what so ever as so I had to use thr forum.

I dont want to upset anyone nor making them spend their time with subjects which they dont have direct connection as so I am able to negotiate a compensation deal with the who did not disrespected the server rules. Unfortunately, as I said, I am not at home so I dont have how to connect to teamspeak but I am able to use other means of communication. 

 
After reviewing the evidence provided you can clearly see that the occupants of the helicopter fire first despite the claims made after the gunfight.

@Paulo Serafim I understand you may have been frustrated at the incident but that does not excuse you breaking roleplay while downed so I will unfortunately have to give you a warning for this.

@Quavo The way you handled this situation has been terrible, disobeying staff requests and earning yourself warning points. You yourself break roleplay heavily in this clip too as well as the poor level of roleplay that preceeds the execution. Someone else breaking roleplay in this manner does not mean you can do the same.

@AKdeadshot As you have stated attempting to initiate on someone from a helicopter is not allowed and even if you did initiate you didn't attempt any real roleplay. Trying to roleplay from any moving vehicle, especially a helicopter, is unrealistic and not allowed here.
