Please (in detail) describe the incident: 9 (Ed Richardson) and 32 (Dimitri Levin) heading to start of our race track, Ed got there first and got run over by him as he was driving by, Dimitri chased him to get his session ID but didnt have the keybind so when Dimitri's car totaled player in question ran over Dimitri too. Player jumped off bridge and logged out after

I have watched the evidence you have provided, and it does indeed seem like this player has RVDM'd, He also broke C1.2 by saying the N word and he clearly isn't here to roleplay. This player has already been permanently banned but I will add this to his ban notes.
