Yesterday we had a situation with AFM in which they called us into Teamspeak to resolve a situation in support saying that we broke some rules but after AFM Sammy showed me his perspective I obviously saw that in fact, it was the other way around. The rules which they broke are (3.5) not hot-micing , (2.4) keychaining which is exploiting to see our names and (5.4) while you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone.

From the video, you could hear AFM Andrew divulge information while he was downed. Its 100% Andrew considering he's the only dead and starts to say he's about to get executed.

I brought this up in TeamSpeak when we were discussing the situation but it was shrugged off like it didn't even matter.

As post already has a few warning points given out on it, I will remind people of the following.

You don't comment on a Player report that does not involve you.  If it does involve you then what you add needs to explain your actions or add some value or evidence.

It would be wise to explain your actions in this video and why you did what you did.

It would also be wise for you to comment why you did what you did in this video.

 
1. I Showed the recording the Key chain so the recording new who they were, Witch i did state when the Admin was watching it.

2. I did not have to hot mic because all my gang members where there that needed to be there.

3. I did not give out information wile i was down?

Also It says He Tried to Resolve this in Teamspeak However he Did not.

On top of everything you could hear at 3:25 Fishy metagames by saying "that's not the guy who executed him, there's more". He used information found at the bottom left to determine that there were more people in the area.

 
When looking at the video there are a lot of errors being made by a lot of the people involved here.

Let us start off with,

In the video, I see you use the keychain to find out who these people are. However, in the video, you can clearly see that your intent was to Rob or stop the rebels from taking over the black market and the information you got you did not use to effect what you did in-game.  As such I would not regards this as metagaming, but in future, if you want to know who someone then just asks them. The people you were speaking to were more than happy to tell you who they were with. So why not just ask them who they are.

You were killed and you gave out information to your group members that clearly affected what they were doing. This is heard when they start talking about the person that had just executed you.
As a result of this, I will be adding to your current ban.
With a ban for 5.4 giving out information whilst downed.

Towards the end of the video you say "Theres more theres more, This isnt the one that executed him". I will break down this information.  First off "theres more,theres more" You had already said there were 3 people and currently only 2 have been killed. This information you shared does not give an advantage. Secondly, "This isn't the one that executed him" you had said earlier that you had seen him do it when you were at the front of the church.  That information does not gain any advantage either. 
Though i will place a warning on your account to inform Staff members that if you give out information again that may affect gameplay then they are to treat you harshly.  In future when you are downed just mute your TS/Disord until the situation is over.
