Talked with Adam White on teamspeak, and we both believe we resolved the situation by going in details on the events leading up to it ... in the video youtube.com/watch?v=4IhHy6ae-Jg you can see the events leading up to this situation. And having talked and getting his side of the story with his friend being taken by the other gang members, tensing up the situation, we both agreed civilly it could have been handled better, and this potentially good RP going bad due to high fear or RDMing. And in future he said he will be more careful about resolving and reaching a mutual agreement about the situation.

Ok, so i was in the even of getting robbed when i got out of the heli with my gun drawn, but before i could holdster it, he started shooting and i returned fire in response. After i killed him, he logged off and couldnt contact him ever since. Since i couldnt contact the player there hasnt been any progress of resolving the situation.

Talked with Adam White about the situation, we now both feel comfortable with the situation is result of hightened tensions after the civil arrest of his friend by our gang members and agreed to spend more time on handling a RP situation and resolving the bad RP situations.
