What best describes this incident ?: breached rule G4.5 and other issues
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hi, the aforementioned player has breached rule G4.5 (specifically the part in relation to avoiding combat for 15 minutes following hosptial revival) and has done so multiple times the last 3 nights. Only now have I managed to set up shadowplay to provide supporting evidence. Multiple times he has initiated combat upon leaving hospital before fleeing and this has been against myself and other players. The player also has repeatedly continued to enact a previous altercation in RP after character "death" although I do not have evidence of this issue but generally ruining rp for others for no reason other than being a nuisance.
