Please (in detail) describe the incident

We got a call from a unit that there was a tempest heading towards weed processor. When we had a look we saw the tempest parked in front of the building and Abu Ahmad started shooting us without initiation (I don't have evidence of this). So we rubbered him and put him in restraints. Then he told me I should be here out of RP and because he said "kid" I'm gonna assume it's because of my age. When we were in the car he hopped into the driver's seat and then out of the car whilst in restraints so he restrain glitched.

This report is a bit later than the actual situation happened because I needed to wait until the evidence was processed overnight.

I admit, I messed up, I was playing with the mouse wheel because of my nervousness, trying to talk it out, and I went in the driver seat by mistake when you left it and then it threw me out of the car, I wrote in chat with "//" that it was a mistake and said sorry too. I don't recall calling any of you a kid, and there was initiation, I told you to go away or I'll open fire at you, and then I saw one of you going to the back door and one approaching the front doors so I opened fire at him but then got rubbered in the back.

Edit: In the report you specified that you tried to resolve the situation with me but that is not true at all, the only way we communicated was through our characters, IC, so that is a lie, and I do believe this is a revenge report because of the way I roleplayed the situation, being very rude ICly.

You said I shouldn't be here and then called me a kid out of RP. Once you were in restraints and in the car you didn't want to talk to me nor PC Joshua TheBeast. Then when CSO Eyar Armstrong entered the car who had a deeper voice than me and Joshua you replied with: "Finally oh my god" and laughed about it. From my point of view you were just messing around on the server and then when you entered the driver's seat and what I think to be  restraint glitching I saw no point in trying to resolve the situation anymore.

And by not wanting to talk to me nor Joshua in the beginning I frankly felt quite offended. I'm just trying to have a bit of fun roleplaying but you're not making that possible if you do this. http://imgur.com/a/5JMUl

And about this, I'm pretty sure that what they mean by "Revenge report" is for instance: you report me, I don't like that and I have footage of you breaking a rule as well so I report you.

 
This was cut out, but you also shot without initiatiing from the first place, and you also jumped out of the car when we were taking you to prison.
