We were in control of the Blackmarket but we werent there and we noticed it was being taken. So we take our helicopter and move there. Once we get above it, we're getting sprayed down. Once we've sprayed down I try to contact him ingame, no respons. I realize there's another guy called OR SFI Rekk who also is calling out a guy at the blackmarket. We spoke and realized that both Abdul Mahali and Muffin is friends, and I got gunned down by Abdul, meanwhile he did get gunned by Muffin.

I would mind you reading the rules before putting up a report, since warning shots were given and you decided to turn around and come back “reasonable time” was given. So please upload the whole video and not 20seconds.

There was no warning shots. The only shots there was against us and against another player that got shot down.

This is when we arrive. There's legit NOTHING that happens before this video. So there's no point of making it even longer since at this point, as they cant even see our heli. 

There was a guy who got shot down before us, but we never heard it. I just spoke with him on TS after.

I could have sworn I dealt with virtually the same situation just now!

In this situation, the above rule comes into play: there was possibly the crack of one shot being fired as the heli flew over, but I couldn't see any tracers! All I can see is this helicopter turning up, and you unloading a mag into the players on-board. That turns this into RDM.
