This one is a bit of a mess, we were at the shop following a robbery dispatch. Once on scene we had 3 initial players in the area with some level of involvement. Upon another police member nicking one, the other 2 then starting doing 'fly bys' on the bike resulting in us aiming weapons and watching them to see if they would do it again. Whilst doing this a helicopter rocked up with player 251 on board, whom proceeded to roleplay as the concerned shop owner, which we had no real reason to question so believed it on face value. Whilst trying to deal with the scene, more people arrived in cars, one of which I was not aware of, whom then proceeded to run me over but didn't injure me, and nor did I get the ID of the driver as it was so quick to happen.

Moments after shooting at this car which did kill another cop, the 'concerned shop owner' player 251 ran up behind me unannounced and tried to kill me with his hammer. The first medal clip shows this incident over the 3 minute period, including his arrival and attack. I do have the full session recorded if more is needed. I later found out in QE from the player that everyone on scene was all part of the same gang

Once backup arrived to support the initial incident and we managed to leave the scene, eventually after some confusion, I took player 251 to the detention ward in pillbox to get treated. Once he was back on his feet he proceeded to try escaping through the elevator system before I caught him and brought him back to the ward to get his clothing and items. He then proceeded to be non compliant and so I aimed my drawn weapon (I had this in hand as I realised he hadn't been searched in case he had a gun on him) to command compliance for cuffs, but as I eventually moved in he downed me with a hammer, I think therefore breaching NLR rule 4.5 15 minute timer. Hi jay

Appreciate you putting the report up. As I told you in QE the NLR rule completely slipped and there is no excuse for this and i'll hold my hands up and take account for this however i would like to highlight this was only done to provide RP and not for an easy win as I knew that the lift was locked from my POV - You pointed a gun at a character who's constantly in an intense life or death situation you gotta expect a trauma response. But like I said in the moment it slipped my mind no excuse. As for the RDM section if you want to expand on it then i'll respond to that too.

Thanks for the response jay I assumed from our second QE conversation that the rdm accusation came from the initial situation (one before pillbox) but if that’s not the case I’ve really said what I’ve wanted to. I wouldn’t say it’s really rdm as I can justify several reasons for my character attacking yours one example being your character pointing a glock at me rather than a taser and what I referenced in my initial response.

Right i'm going to try and keep this simple as possible

RDM Accusation : The fact that you reported me for RDM really does baffles me. RDM in simple terms means killing/downing another player without a valid reason. Here I was given coms saying that police have grove st members in custody me being at the airport at the time decided to bring a heli and land it there and through creative RP decided to fake being a shopkeeper and you simply fell for it and got played in addition to this you were pointing your rifle to fellow members hence there is nothing random abt it. You got out played for it within RP nothing random abt it.

NLR: as I said before, all I can really do is be accountable. The rule slipped my mind. This is no excuse but there is not much I can do now to change my actions other than proving myself next time. Like i said my actions were not intended to get an easy win but were meant to heighten RP unfortunately I broke a rule which I can only apologise for.

I disagree, hence why we are here I suppose. RDM is attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay. We had no idea you were hostile until you started attacked me without saying anything. I get the idea that you were apart of the group that just ran us over and got shot at, but we had no idea of the side you were on so the ownness was on you to do so or provide quality RP prior to trying to kill me.

Mate I RPed as shop owner that’s on you for believing me in RP I’m not gonna announce to you that I am gang member am I. I played my cards right you fell for my trick in RP and I had a shot at you get over it. I’ll leave it to staff.

Hello @Jay Martinez and @IAaronI I hope you both are well.

I have watched the two videos and I am going to dissect this down.

As much as it wasn't intended to be RDM, I will say the way you went about it there wasn't much roleplay involved - being apart of a whitelisted group I would expect a higher standard than just hitting the back of a firearms officer with a hammer out of nowhere, you could of done much more than be on the offense, you could have lock-picked the car or maybe not of gone into a heavily manned area where there was a force of firearms, speaking to them about the situation of the shop being robbed and then deciding to strike would have been better than just hitting them out of nowhere.

Now onto the NLR part, I don't know really where to begin with this, your character was hit around the head with heavy weaponry and your character was admitted to a hospital where your character gets up from the bed after receiving medical attention, you are to wait at-least 15 minutes before engaging in any combat.
