Me and a friend who where sat at drug dealer why trying to speak to a guy who had a pistol out, we asked him why he had a pistol out he replied its a rebel area, while his car was unlocked my friend jumped in without moving, Scott proceeded to ask my friend to jump out the car threatening to kill him i told him if he kills my friend i kill him in his reply he truns around and shoots me in the head. While trying to resolve he refused to comp

As i said you threatened my life, I had my gun out because of illegal activity. So as anyone would've of done if there life was in danger I acted, Its clear in the video you aimed at me and I too saw that in game, and when you do something like that after saying a threat I am obviously going to attack. 

If an admin needs me to compensate I will.
