Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was in Pyrgos and heard faint voices but couldn't make them out due to a helicopter. I saw that they were taking shots at me and told them that I didn't know what they were saying and couldn't hear them at all. After a couple seconds of confusion I heard an instruction to put my hands on my head again, so I followed. About a couple seconds after clearly having my hands up and being blatantly unable to pose a threat I was shot from behind by the robbers.
After the incident I asked the player that killed me to please join teamspeak so we could manage the issue. He joined the teamspeak with no problem so I must give him credit for that, however, once we were in the teamspeak he did nothing to help solve the problem. The conversation from there was just him denying that he did something wrong.

The argument that they made was that they couldn't see me because I hid behind my car (Stormtrooper SUV). In the YouTube video that I link I show that I didn't move more than about 3 or 4 feet throughout the whole robbery.

I would also like to point out the fact that someone breaks a rule at the start of the video. You can clearly hear that someone say's "kill the hobo". We killed 2 guys before he roles up. At 13 seconds you can also hear someone saying there is a guy with a ghillie, with this video you're trying to imply me breaking rules. From my point of view I have broke no rules what so ever. 

So coming to a conclusion 2 different members part of your group has broken rules, I even have video of me killing both of your members who are meta gaming. Credit to you, you decided to ignore such information being said. I would also like to point out you threatening my life then going behind a car, smart move? Lets be honest I couldn't of know what you was going to do from that point onwards. 

If any comp would be required then I will, but I would need an admin to say I need to.

I would somewhat agree with this point, but he failed to include the whole quote I said. 

The full quote is "You understand that I can't hear you. There's a heli up and if you kill me theres going to be a lot of problems."

This is clearly NOT a threat for his life. This is clearly someone stating that they can't hear and informing the players of that. I casually implied that their would be an appeal if I was RDM'd due to failure of hearing the robbers. The reason I couldn't hear the robbers was because of an overhead helicopter. Whether I had my earbuds in or not wouldn't have made any difference because the heli was what was blocking out the sound. Putting in earbuds would simply make the heli even louder. Yes it would make the player voices louder, but it wouldn't make it any easier to hear them. 

Also the heli was being flown by their gang members. (Not sure if this is relevant info or not, but I figured I'd include it anyways)

I did not break character by the way, and I never broke RP.

When Lincoln initiated on three guys and got killed, that had nothing to do with me. I was not there and I was not involved with this at all.

First off: It's not shooting back because I didn't shoot to begin with.

Second off: I wasn't with the 3 guys that killed you so Cadetbus wouldn't have any reason to shoot me on site or shoot back at all.

Just because 3 guys killed you, doesn't mean your friend has the right to kill me on sight.

This point is completely invalid...

So Cadetbus basically says that a bunch of players in the video are breaking rules.

1.) This is not the issue at hand nor does it involve me.

2.) I play with The Kitty Cartel and Playtime Squad. Both of these are fairly large clans. The Kitty Cartel has over 40 members I believe. 

At all times during the day we had plenty of people coming in and out of our channels and moving around. We've had people on Rust, Dayz, Arma 3, Ark, etc. 

Some of these side conversations in the video don't even involve me or even Arma in general. 

These are just a bunch of people talking about video games.

For all that I know, some of these people might've not even been on the same game as me. 

With so many people in the channels talking and playing different games I don't think you could say anyone was cheating.

1.) You guys were clearly armed and not fresh spawns or hobos

2.) If he was talking to me and metagaming and giving me good advice I wouldve listened. You can clearly see me turn around and go the opposite way though. This helps show that who was talking might not have even been talking to me.

I'm not saying anyone did or didn't break the rules, because frankly it doesn't involve me in any way if they did or didn't.

All I'm saying is there's not nearly enough proof for you to say anyone was metagaming. Anyone can say anything at anytime in a group call with friends. It may have fit the context of what was happening in game, but doesn't necessarily mean anyone broke any rules.

There's no proof that anyone was on Arma and metagaming at all. They could've been on a million and ten other games. 

But anyways, this doesn't involve me like I said before.

The problem that I am focused on is that after I already had my weapon down and hands up I got killed. I was visibly unarmed and not resisting.

I also don't think that Cadetbus should be banned. I just think that compensation should be given where it is due. I do not want Cadetbus to get banned.

The problem is mate after watching the video again I hear "well I see your dead body." With the responses from the other guys it seems like there is some meta gaming.  The way that you worded it seems to me like you're speaking to someone. If you wasn't you would say something like "I see a dead body". In the video you can also see that I'm a hobo with only a vest and a mk14. There is also 2pac with a ghillie suit. It seems very weird that you said "well I see your dead body". With other people playing games it just so happens that they come across a guy with a ghillie and someone looking like a hobo.

With the responses from the other guys it seems like there is some meta gaming.  The way that you worded it seems to me like you're speaking to someone. If you wasn't you would say something like "I see a dead body". In the video you can also see that I'm a hobo with only a vest and a mk14. There is also 2pac with a ghillie suit. Like I said before, we have many people playing many different games  at all times. The confusion in the lobbies shouldn't be mininterpreted for something it isn't. 

I understand that there is a report on you and your first thought would be to bring up random things that could be considered cheating and get other people banned.

What I have to say to that is that it doesn't involve me so I genuinely don't care lmao, but also that these remarks are completely irrelevant considering that the report is based on RDM and strictly so.

Also, the definition for "hobo" is a homeless person, a vagrant, tramp.

Saying that someone is a hobo wouldn't work in this situation simply because someone has a tactical vest and mk14, and the other has a ghillie. This clearly shows that he wasn't talking about these individuals.

LASTLY, for the millionth time. THIS POINT IS IRRELEVANT. It's already explained how you can't draw any conclusions from the audio in the background for several reasons.

And even if you could draw an accurate conclusion about the audio (Which you can't). It still wouldn't involve me or this report.

Please stop addressing unimportant and non relevant info to this report.

He wants you to post a 3 minute video, like I said I will comp if admins say I have too but I think I did nothing wrong. You should of had earplugs in and you would of heard me.

This isn't even remotely true. If I took out my earbuds it would've made your voices louder, but would've also made your heli louder. This would've created just a louder environment, not a more easily hearable one.

Earplugs makes the game quieter and the voice the same volume.

If you put in your earbuds you would of heard me and the heli wouldn't of been as loud.

 
It doesn't matter. I shouldn't have to have any earbuds in or out. That's not your concern.

Making sure you don't RDM is your concern.

The problem is where I put my hands up and got shot. Stop making it about other things please.

There was roleplay from what I can seen and you had the gun and they had already started shooting, looks like his reaction was slow when you put your hands up.
