Please (in detail) describe the incident

So Bol, Acer and I were doing diamond runs in Pyrgos and after we sold our diamonds, Bol spotted a HEMMT Box and decided that he would want to rob the guy solo. So we drove up to the diamond mine and continued mining while Bol robbed the guy. As we came back, we saw a bunch of guys with rifles running around so we thought something wasn't right and stored our trucks. After communicating with Bol on Teamspeak we felt that we should just flee so I took out a Hatchback and got in with Acer. Suddenly one guy came up to us and immediately told us to step out of the vehicle or our tyres would be shot but we drove off instead. 1 second after he immediately started firing upon us as we crashed into another vehicle accidentally. I got out and ran off in another direction to pull out my gun, only to be shot by [A] K E Z while my friend Acer got shot without any threats to his life. We asked them to come to TS to resolve this matter but only to notice that they were trying to give ridiculous excuses to justify their actions. They left the channel stating that if we think they're wrong we could just report them.

All in all I would like to report them for a list of reasons, albeit the main reason being RDM:

-RDM, as per the report
-This was clearly revenge killing, as they had no reason to rob/shoot us on sight in the first place and did not present any form of quality roleplay (they didn't even tell us that it's a robbery). Hence fail RP
-Pertaining to the point above, it's also metagaming that they used our names to their advantage just to exact revenge on us

I apologise that I couldn't provide a video from my perspective because my recording software wasn't working. However I got a footage from my friend Acer so I hope that it would suffice even from his perspective alone.

The reasons that we were also given by them during our Teamspeak conversation are as below:

-They were in an active gunfight (which is clearly not, even if the robbery from Bol counts, which is around 6-7 mins ago, we haven't heard a single shot since then. They also have to reinitiate don't they?)
-Acer initiated on them first
-Initiation on tyres are a threat to our lives
-They asked us to put our hands up or we would be shot (even if they did, we couldn't hear anything as they had a heli right above us to block out any sound)

I would like to drop the report on Replicaa as I've only realised that it wasn't him who shot the first round but the guy from behind who did it

 
hi I do not understand why I have been reported you clearly can not see me in the video and can not see me "break" any rules but from my perspective we initiate on tyres, you crash into a car cos u was on wrong side of the road you get out and around 3 seconds later I hear shots and one of yous died I feel I had full rights to open fire on the person that I killed also we told you multiple time that the gunfight was not with you guys we were in another one where we randomly took shots from multiple directions we saw you guys there and went to initiate and from what I understand there is no where in the rules that say you can not initiate on someone for revenge also I don't know why you can call it meta we walked to you guys knowing you just stored you trucks because you drove past us and we knew it was you cos u was also doing diamond runs at the same time as my friend

The video in which the incident happened starts around the 12th minute but I asked Acer to provide a longer video just so you can see the correlation between Bol robbing them at the diamond store and us getting revenge rdmed.

And no, I'm not dropping this report cause I don't think I would want to play in a roleplay server with a bunch of guys shooting people on sight claiming it was an 'active gunfight', unless said person is willing to compensate us for our losses and act in a more responsible manner towards other community members in the future.

 
If I were you I would suggest that you be honest with your own actions and not try to lie your way out of this situation.

First you tell me that initiation on tyres are a threat to life, then you told me that you played in this server for a long time so you know the rules, then claim it was an active gunfight cause you probably discovered that the first reason you gave me wasn't all that valid, now you're trying to tell me that you weren't even in Pyrgos when the incident happened.

And if you had watched the video, you could clearly see that my name was at the side chat stating that you killed me, whereas after Acer got killed I did not even fire a single round, you just plain rdmed me.

No what I am trying to tell you is I am not in the video that's you have provided and I would like to ask tthe u not to say I am lying when I am not when you get a vid o from your POV showing I broke a server rule then tell me me hat I've done wrong until then I will no longer be replying to this thread until I am requested to by a member of staff

Ok then, from what i can see only from the video the reported i will not ban as i cannot feel confident on that due to there being no vid from that player, but the player shown in the video, the initiation was not good as it was too quick to initiation and pistol out and shooting etc. and will want that improved. but on the player being shot in this video, he really shouldn't have raised his gun or even not got it unholsterd and slowly started to look at the robber if you did not want to get shot. you were taking that risk there really. there are things that i would like improved from the video as stated but regarding the report against the player, i wont be actioning on that as there is not enough evidence for what happens over there.
