Thanks for the report.

Now having watch the whole video you provided above its clear to see that they both where indeed combat logs. After ID 969 knocks your bike over and you threatening to "Shoot him in the head" if he knocked your bike over again he then tries ramming you multiple times off your bike. Only is it when his car breaks down and he realised hes in a situation where he could loose his life he decides to combat log as seen at 4:30 in the video provided above.

You then decide to go after his mate in the gym and rob him for what he has on him and instead of him roleplaying out he also decides to combat log.

So with that being said both will be receiving bans today for combat logging.
