Please (in detail) describe the incident: We demobilized ID:992 and boxed him in. We pointed multiple guns at ID:992 and gave him clear instructions to step out of his vehicle. Likewise, we waited some time for ID:992 to comply. But he refused, forcing us to ziptie him and drag him out. After taking him to a secluded location on the docks, we again gave ID:992 clear orders and the repercussions if they weren't followed. As soon as we cut him free, he ignored the orders and attempted to run away, despite numerous guns and weapons aimed at him (NVL G2.4).

The intention was not to kill ID:992, but his actions forced the Role-play into that direction.

Seeing how ID:992 was not willing to Role-play, we assumed they would rule break further. A couple of members stayed around the docks and to no surprise another player ID:1099 shows up looking in the same secluded spot ID:992 had jumped to his death(G3.1) around 4:05am. After approaching (ID:1099) as soon he was cornered with guns pointed at him, he combat logged.

I tried to bring ID:992 into Liaison, but was ignored.

Hi this is player 992, (tommy salami) just to give my point of view on the situation that has happened here. I can confirm the instructions given were correct however during the chase that lasted a few minutes I was able to radio other members who was online with at the time therefore the instructions of me being asked to step out of the vehicle were ignored to allow as much time as possible for any potential help. I was then taken to a docks area and instructed that if I was to drop all my things then this can be made easy however there was no guarantee of my life. During this time also there were members of this group saying ' let me take care of him' 'once he drops the stuff i will handle this etc' Therefore from my stand point I was under the impression that I would have been killed in this situation no matter what happened. Therefore I looked for an opportunity for the best possible escape and at that time thinking quickly I thought should I drop something then guns will be lowered whilst they look to see what was dropped and at this time I would make an effort to jump and dive under the water. This plan was then attempted by myself, I dropped an item and saw guns be lowered so I made a run. The plan was almost successful as you will be able to see i was able to jump from the dock however the last bullet was able to kill me but it was not a case of this being a pointless attempt to save my life for a lost course as you will be able to see I made it far before dying. To call this DVL is ridiculous, Throughout this whole event I was very much under the impression that the attempt of this would be very much to kill. I can see theres been a comment made about reaching out to resolve this with myself however this is not something that happened at all and there was no form of anyone reaching out to me to discuss this further. Furthermore I can see another player 1099 is mentioned and somehow tied into this who I have absolutely no idea who that player was and there is nothing here to suggest I have any links with the player. 

I am more then happy to discuss this further with the relevant parties

Hello @6AN6I hope you are well today, thank you for making this player report.

First, I will deal with the NVL report against 992. @Tommy Salami98you have multiple guns pointed at you while you are in the vehicle and refuse to follow orders while clearly outnumbered and at an obvious disadvantage. That in itself is NVL, not only this but they eventually manage to get you out of the vehicle and down to the docks to have some rp with yourself, you have multiple guns pointed at you and you once again fail to value your life by not following their demands and instead trying to make a getaway by running towards the water, valuing the items in your inventory more than your own life. Usually in this instance, with your clean record I would issue you with a warning but due to the fact you failed to value your life not once but TWICE in the same scenario it will be straight to a 1 day ban following the FBS.

Onto the combat logging, ID 1099 turns up to the scene and before any further rp can take place he blatantly combat logs which the logs also match up to.
