Please (in detail) describe the incident: So i was informed on the radio that some of the marabunta boys had caught two Cutlass in paleto and had one downed and one in zipties, i was told to bring a defib for the guy and we luckily had one in our safe, so i headed up to Mara dodgy and we had him down on the floor, i used the defib on him and he declined the treatment but he still got up by chance and we had him at gunpoint as seen in the clip with two .50 deagles and a knife to him, later on in the clip you see him drop 30 bullets on the floor then he proceeds to role and 1 tap me in the head while he still has a knife and guns pointed at him resulting in us not being able to get the rest of the stuff in his pockets, i personally feel like this is blatant NVL but ill leave it for staff to decide

Desync, as you are aware, contributed to my level of confusion. I apologise once more for improperly impacting the roleplay by being outnumbered and injured I wasn't in the position to react in a such manner.

As I did during the liaison, I admit my mistake here, and your gang also agreed that no more action would be taken. I'm still learning the intricacies of roleplay, but in this situation, I mistakenly believed that I had the opportunity to escape because the weapons had been put away and were not pointing directly at me. This wasn't the right attitude, though, especially given the obvious disadvantage. After the identified incident, we had a great roleplaying encounter, as Isaac could surely agree.

Is there a reason why, in your opinion, this cannot be resolved between us? My apologies for the mistakes made, which were accepted by your team members in the situation.

The thing is Eziekiel there has been a few times you have NVL'd on us as Marabunta but also me especially, its happened at Auto Exotic once and it happened twice yesterday, at the dodgy and then at the hospital, how would you go about improving this on your side because as far as i can see you like to NVL a lot 

Now onto if it can be resolved, we tried to resolve this yesterday, it came to a conclusion off us just talking it out and saying it was Desync but i was urged by a few others to make this report for the simple reason off it is bad NVL and you would have not gotten away with that with anyone else, i have seen you do it a few times Eziekiel and i have let you off but this one was bad and you know it was, you can see how bad it is and you have understood your mistakes but it wouldn't change the outcome of this report.

I wont be replying to this report anymore, i shall let staff take it from here

I don't understand your accusations because we have never had a liaison before regarding NVL. Since it would be frivolous to mention my experiences with combat logging, RDM, and other breaches committed by you in this report, I'll focus on the current issue at hand.

As I've said, I wouldn't act the same in a circumstance like this where I'm clearly at a disadvantage; instead, I'd roleplay my injuries and value my life in the presence of armed gang members. I've taken it as a learning experience and want to continue developing positive roleplay scenarios between us.

Good evening @Macca__ @Eziekiel Montoya. Hope you are both having a good day

Now moving on to this player report. After reviewing the footage of both sides not only are you in breach of 1 rule but 2 @Eziekiel Montoya. You are held up after being revived at a dodgy dr by 2 guns and a machete, clearly outnumbered and at an obvious disadvantage, you have also just been revived by the dodgy dr and should continue to roleplay your injuries, do you really think someone who has just been brought round enough to be conscious and on their feet would be able to combat roll and take out 3 armed men?

• You have been given medical treatment and must continue to roleplay your injuries with the medical treatment in mind.
  

With this being said I am going to go ahead with the player report. You have just come off a permanent ban less than 2 weeks ago this isn't the sort of behaviour id expect to see from someone who should be trying to prove they can provide high quality roleplay and value their place in this community is it? Today you will be going back to a permanent ban which you will have to appeal.
