Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was robbed at gunpoint by 958, for 5 smoothies & a knife, although small I wished to teach the individual a lesson & also take his gun away. After grabbing help then searching for 10-15 minutes myself & Bobby found him at taxi rank breaking into a car. Pointing a gun at his head with the assistance of Bobby holding a weapon against the initially unarmed individual he firstly pulls out a machete, then followed by a gun so therefore was shot & instantly downed, a blatant beach of NVL. We then put him in the car, grabbed 50k then took him to a dodgy doctors so that we could have him treated, so he could then be robbed entirely & "tortured" to teach the individual a lesson. This entire time he was speaking clearly, did not roleplay any form of injuries vocally or using /me etc therefore at the dodgy doctor I treated him myself for a gunshot graze to his head. He stated "you're going to have to bury me". He did not allow us to perform any medical assistance to continue the RP and simply respawned instead, which is disappointing seeing as this had no reason to end in his complete death. It was clear 958 had no intent on continuing RP and was more bothered about me wasting 50k & losing the gun & all other items he had on him. I did try to contact the individual in regards to the RP to speak about it but he did not respond. This individual had claimed he was apart of Cutlass at one point which if is true (though I find unlikely) this complete lack of any RP from his side is truly awful. If this report does get approved I just wonder if a separate request needs to be put in for compensation of what was lost as a result, primarily being the 50k & gun.

We were unsure if they had logged or if had been transported to a local hospital via the dodgy doctor like what NHS can do (I’ve not much experience with it so unsure 100% how they work) we just wished to continue the RP, therefore checked the hospitals to see if they were anywhere to be seen. We found the individual in the clothing store at Paleto Bay and attempted to rob the individual if he still had the same stuff on him. Whilst I was taking a picture of his face he decided to swing on us both so was therefor shot. I may have the footage- or at least a part of it to send later on.

Specifically the rule breaks as the RP was awful as a result. I did lose money from my side but it’s not what the report is for.

First off thank you for taking the time to make a player report @Envy_

I've watched all the evidence provided and looked over what has been said here. Few things to clear up off the bat so it doesn't get mixed up. Now looking over this situation fully I can say that compensation will NOT be possible for you to put in for in relation to this report and I'll clear this up with my response below, However just wanted to outline this first and foremost. 

Now lets dive into the report, You have reported the player in question for three rule breaks in total. Looking over all videos I can say that G4.5 was never broken so this will be pushed aside since the player was never revived. 

In relation to the videos, I'd assume the first video is shown to show us why you did go looking for the player in question and in turn end up shooting them. In a sense it's a good job this was provided as the roleplay you provided without context prior to shooting was simply "Hands up", However I do understand why but there could of been a bit more from Bobby and you here since Bobby wasn't involved from the start from what I can tell. 

Third video, Here you do take the player to the dodgy to where indeed you did waste £50,000 as the attempt to revive the player wasn't successful, You did kill of the player when attempting to defib them so the use of the money and any items you "May" have got falls on yourself here and is why no compensation will be issued should you make a compensation request from this report. 

When I asked about you killing the player multiple times it was for a reason and I'll quote the rule that Bobby and yourself broke here more so the part I have put in bold; 

(G4.3) When you respawn and NLR applies: 

Your character does not remember any of the previous roleplay situation. 
Any feud your character had with their killer(s) is ended. 
If your character respawns as an exit strategy from a relationship then the relationship dies with them. 
Your character must not return to the location where you died/bled-out for at least 15 minutes. 
Your character must not re-enter the situation that caused you to respawn and must excuse themselves from the situation if they accidentally enter it.
 

You have stated the reason you went after the player again was to "Continue the RP" However this doesn't make sense when you both have seen the player die right in front of you. If you believed someone did combat log then you would make a report just like this and not go looking for them again after killing them. From your own response "We found the individual in the clothing store at Paleto Bay and attempted to rob the individual if he still had the same stuff on him" so greed here was the motivation for breaking server rules, Doesn't paint a good picture and does make me wonder how many times have you both broke this rule prior to being caught out for it here. I do hope this doesn't happen again moving forward. 

In a few videos you have provided indeed the player didn't roleplay his injuries and did reference real life when in the clothing store in Paleto and this is something also being taken into account. In relation to G2.4, I'd assume this has come from Paleto also since this is the only time it may make sense. You did have a gun pointed at the player and then lower the weapon to where the other person did attack yourself and indeed ended up being shot.

Looking from this on an outsider view, Bobby did hold the wrench to the player and yes there was a gap the tables in a sense turned for a moment and the player did attack here. Would I say it's them not valuing their life or taking the moment to try and get the upper hand? Both are possible however without it being 100% I'm not willing to jump on possibilities and only the facts. Something I always say is context matters with situations and more so here.

Overall all parties did break rules here. I've had a look at all of yous and seen you all have clean records, So I've decided that all three of you will receive the same punishment (Whilst yes for different rules) we will be keeping it fair for all involved.
