Please (in detail) describe the incident: As an NHS employee who was on duty, I was receiving a dispatch from Tire Nutz. Arthur Headson (Azz) was injured after slipping and falling on his head. Being friends with all the people who were present there, laughing and messing around with each other. As soon as I was freed from the zip tie and was getting ready to leave and enter my vehicle, I noticed a baldie driving in a tornado. Thinking it was simply a baldie, he suddenly rammed into my car at an unimaginable speed that the car shouldn't have been capable of. Even though his car was upside down, it managed to get back on its wheels. Two victims (Isabella and Phillip) were among the numerous persons he struck and knocked out. There was no RP engaged, and 957 deliberately wounded everyone and popped his head, breaking (G1.1) Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM) & Combat logging.
I was not able to get his ID but Azz was able to get his ID during the incident. If you watch the video, especially in the occ, they were trying to get a staff to stop this situation. There was no way that I couldn't resolve the situation with person because 957 was hacking and popped his head.
