Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and Sam Baxter were following a group people that where chasing a police interceptor down the road. we witnessed that interceptor colide with one of the bikes and make off as he was being chased. As such me and Sam stopped to help the guy. As our car was hit as we drove away and the tyre became flat we stopped at the side of the road and placed the injured party onto the side of the road. a mechainc pulls up that was part of the group and attempted to fix our car he was told robustly to go away. As we were attempting to get an NHS vehicle there a guy pulls up with a shotgun and just opened fire. We had nothing to do with the first incident but just got shot for literally just being in uniform. Any words tradeded between us and the shooter were minimal and i do not feel it was up to the standard expected before opening fire like that.

Went to Discord(After we got to hospital) to discuss and we couldn't come up with a clear answer.
in the Discord he claimed "BMAV Said you were leaving him on the side of the road". BMAV was the injured Party and didn't say a word in game to pass this onto the accused. So I'm a little confused as to where this information came from.

Hello This is me you are reporting, let me start off by saying we were in a situation with 2 other cops that had hit me off my bike we proceeded to follow these officers and as we followed them they began to hit multiple people off bikes, during the chase another unit which is urself then got involved in an already heated situation as ur other units hit not only my friend but my gang higher up off of his bike resulting in him being downed, you then proceed to to give abuse to a good friend and colleague of mine ghost woods who you some how managed to voice ID without even running his plate as shown in ur footage, then Siren drives by on a bike that is not hers and kicks ur car resulting in your tire popping, you then somehow manage to ID her without her speaking and not being able to see her face as she has a full faced helmet on and as I stated she is not on her personal owned bike so no way you could have ran her plates, i proceeded to follow you and ask u to take Bmav back as an ambulance had came to the scene and you stated "I can not go anywhere as my car is damaged" while continuing to drive forward, at this moment George the mechanic pulls up to u and offers a repair and you said something along the lines of "Fuck off don't touch my car" at this moment as I see it u have showed aggression towards us I would show aggression back, resulting in me going away getting a shotgun coming back and shooting you.

I have a 5 minute clip from when you got involved in the situation, but as it shows sensitive Info that can be used for meta gaming as a result I would only like to show this to whatever staff member that deals with the report privately.

Within the clip that I will show to staff I did say something right after shooting, but as reviewing my clip I realised I was whispering resulting in only Pc Baxter being able to hear me.

Also to add on some more information there has been on going Rp/situations between Tire nutz (My place of work) and cop for the past few weeks also between cops and Grove street (My gang), which has built up heat between me and the police.

The Clip I have provided shows from when we caught up to you and onwards. There is nothing prior to that,

The vehicles were all being tracked as part of something. So we knew ghosts vehicles where out. And that he would likely be on them. The presence of literally all other employees of tirenutz made it very easy to pick out Ghost, Siren(also the distinctive hair cut is a dead give away), Edd and George. I have never actually dealt with you in RP before that so had no idea who you are.

On scene we did run the plates on most of the vehicles there linking it to tirenutz very quickly. Also that was passed over the radio by the other IC car.

The tyre on my vehicle was going flat and about to come off the rim hence why I pulled over at the side of the road and stopped at slow speed before I lost control the last time I was driving a car with damage past Tire Nutz I got a load of grief hence why on this occasion I stopped.

Telling someone to go away in that manner hardly justifys shooting someone. If it did there would be constant wars. We were not on a gang turf and were literally trying to get your friend some help. You can hear sam trying to get and NHS unit to come and assist. Showing back up shooting both of us and saying something on whisper as you drive away hardly "covers you"

Could there have been better RP from me 100% yes, if you gave me half a chance within the discord call to explain that and try resolve it correctly you would have knowing that I rushed the situation due to me knowing there was multiple police already out as someone I knew had already killed 2 cops this person being gaz who the staff that gets provided with my video shall hear, giving this my intention was to pull up and shoot and get out of there before any other xops can get there, I admit I am very silly for not noticing I was on whisper that is 100% my fault I put my hands up to that and apologise, I would have been able to explain all this to you within the discord call but you decided to get very upset and leave the call, as for the plates being ran u can see from your footage u ran 2 plates when u first showed up one being Price shekel aka myself and one being George, never once did u run a plate showing the name siren delta or ghost woods, you also said "distinctive hair cut" allows you to identify a person, anyone can go to the hairdressers within the game and get that hair cut.

As I also stated lastnight is not the only reasoning for me to shoot you (police) as there has been on going rp over the past few weeks between gangs, tire nutz and the police, and unless you have been living under a rock everyone know what it's about.

Also as stated you involved yourself into an already on going heated situation which resulted in the outcome, the other cops involved had already stated in the discord call that they knew something was going to happen due to them doing what they were doing leading up to the incident.

You state you knew ghost vehicles were out due to something going on, looking at your clip you can clearly see there is multiple vehicles under ghosts name so to directly identify 1 person on one vehicle in his name doesn't make sense to me, you also threaten to "come and get siren later" in my opinion I feel I had a good few reasons to do what I did.

As stated I hold my hands up and apologise for 1. Not realising I was on whisper and 2. Rushing the situation, my Rp 100% as I stated could have been better and for this I also apologise.

From now I will only reply to staff if needed unless I feel the need I have to desperately reply to you.

After reviewing the videos I've come to the following conclusion. Your justification for shooting Josh Lewis is still a breach of G1.2, There was no form of "quality roleplay" involved.

However, Josh you have been here a long enough now to know that you should really be acting injured while downed, especially after being shot by a shotgun.

Due to neither of you being in serious trouble before both of you will be issued with a warning. Take this as your last chance before bans are handed out...
