Please (in detail) describe the incident: we were looking to get a hostage to do a robbery on the safes in a shop, and called a mechanic to come fix our "broken" car. 931 turned up offered to fix it, and we told him to put his hands up so we could ZipTie him and kidnap him,. then he goes on about how hes reporting us for it. Also pretended he couldn't hear us at all. Clear RuleBreak. Asked to go discord and ignored that too multiple times.

Very clear break on roleplay. The NVL i wont punish on this time however he will be banned for 1 day with rulebreak G2.3
