Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and Scott Pumbaa (@Lunar) were patrolling around the Triad area due to seeing a few posts on Tweedle showing the Hustlers loitering around the Triads turf.

As we drive by the turf and stop for a second to see what was going on, we then begin to drive and a few Hustler cars came out of the Triad compound and begin to follow us. They then shouted "TC Authorised" and rammed us. After surrounding us as shown on P/C Daniels footage, Scott attempts to make off since he noticed a gap in the cars that were surrounding the Police car.

After getting chased onto the bridge at MRPD, we attempted to get away by doing a U-turn back down towards Legion off the bridge but we then got rammed by the red car, I did not notice any quality RP other than "Get out of the car" "I want to speak to you officers now". We take a left into the back alleyway where we tried opening the gate so we could get into MRPD but we were yet again rammed by the red car. The Police car got heavily damaged and we got surrounded by the Hustlers. Billy got out of the red car and the rest is pretty self explanatory.

A probationary attempted to calm Billy down but then he pulled a gun and shot the wrong person, (The driver of the 540i, Marcus Thomson) and then everyone had a mass gunfight.
In my POV, I don't see how someone telling another bloke to calm down is enough reason for someone to pull a gun and then to shoot the person. It is all shown in the video.

( (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) -Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.) - Mass RDM is a permanent ban.)

After this all happened we all got dumped and killed. We took the situation to TS, attempted to resolve it however Billy kept insisting that he was not in the wrong and apparently had enough reason to shoot the officer. After going back and forth we ended the conversation. We could not resolve it in TS and personally I felt like we got nothing but Poor RP out of that and I don't think quality RP would be you shooting a person because they told you to calm down.

Okay. I literally told Pumba to stop impounding the car else I'd kill him. Literally threatened an officers life in front of like 4 others, he didn't take it seriously and spoke back to me in a tone that portrayed this. Then, the officer in the unmarked car started telling me to calm down, bare in mind, this was after he witnessed me telling the officer I'd kill him for impounding the car. I clearly gave him many warning to stop antagonising my character, instead, he decided to continue, which ended up in him and the officers around him getting killed.

Now, the reason for the surrounding officers being shot is pretty clear. They were punished for the actions of their fellow officer because they were part of the situation as well. Me and you both know full well that if I shoot one of you, the rest of you are going to begin shooting back, which is exactly what happened.

No you did not. You shot me first, who wasn't even actively talking to you, nor taking part in the arguing you guys had. I was still in my vehicle, trying to figure out what is exactly going on.As I told you in Teamspeak, if you are going to shoot someone for something like that, make sure to shoot the right person. I also find it very funny, that you not think any of that is wrong. Let me question you this, is that considered high quality RP from your side? Shooting a probationary constable in a car, for asking you to calm down in front of 2 firearms officer aswell (Bare in mind you ended up shooting someone completely else than what you were first trying to aswell?)

Not going to be replying further to this as It's pointless. Staff can handle this. I've said what I needed to say. You were all shot because of the actions of another officer who was with you. You knew my character wasn't fucking around due to the fact that I literally threatened to kill a firearms officer for impounding my car. Just because you're a police officer it doesn't mean you're able to antagonise someone who has shown pretty clearly that they aren't taking the piss, yet the officers continued to antagonise my character and as a result faced the consequences.

Literally told an armed officer I was going to kill him for trying to impound my car, do you think It's then smart for another officer to tell me to calm down? You should've arrested me at gun point before anything could have escalated, like any good RP'ing police officer would do to someone who has just threatened to kill one of your colleagues.

Unless I'm asked by staff members to comment further, I won't be.

No,  wont put you in cuffs for that single reason. A good RP would try to de escalate, and asking you to calm down is actually just that. I wonder if you know how many times a day we hear "im gonna kill you if..." - Simply put: We can't always put people in cuffs for that and there was a lot going on to the situation. You probably understand why police wont get out of the car in that position arresting you, when we were faced with a car that can try to ram us, aswell as a motorbike. And yet again no, a police officer just arriving is not going to take over the command, arrest you or interupt on-going conversations. You don't have to answer, but I still wonder how you believe this is high quality RP.

After reviewing the footage and getting multiple inputs from various members of staff it is of the opinion that there is no quality RP involved from this clip. Whilst just outside the police station you have decided to threaten police and antagonise them. @Gecko_You have previously been warned for similar situations like this and it seems like you've not learnt your lesson.

ID 926 will receive a 2 day ban for RDM
