Please (in detail) describe the incident: This guy pulls up to turf (grove street) and was asking all these strange questions, I was with Siren and wheeler at the time.

I was standing on turf (grove street) with wheeler, I then this random guy drives up to us again (ID 921) on a motorbike and I asked if they had any business coming to me and they ask how much I sell coke for and I said I didn't sell coke and there was some conversation and questions asked by this individual. They asked about guns and why we had guns and we said we don't have guns. They asked what's happening with us and ballas and I said 'We've got a little bit of a tussle going yano?' And I said the beef was over forum drive and then I said we're claiming that turf, (ID 9210 then says Greyhounds own it, wheeler asks if they are with the greyhounds, they said they weren't greyhound, wheeler asks them who are they with and they replied 'you'll find out who I'm with, don't worry'. Also denied being a balla. Then after 5minutes

(BEAR IN MIND BALLAS AND GROVE ARE HAVING BEEF AT THIS POINT)

Ballas then pulls up and start popping shots in my direction while i was standing at safehouse. I get my pump shotgun out and the person on the bike starts acting all scared and was running after me and following me saying 'save me save me help'.

I jump in a back garden and said ' can you kindly go away from me please? *pointed my gun at them* then said 'get the fuck away from me'. they started following me still and I said, 'if you keep following me, you're gonna get shot' they then run away.

I tried to contact them OOC afterwards twice and got no response and I think wheeler did also

I ran into my house to grab more shotgun bullets. Then the same person comes down outside my house on a bike, says 'what's happening?' I got into my house and grab the bullets. (ID 921) continues to circle around and drive up and down turf on their motorbike. Then stops up at the safehouse again.

I notice that the safehouse, I could see through it so I restarted fivem due to it may interrupt the current situation.

I woke back up, crouched behind the same wall, the guy on the motorbike rides up to me and says again' what's happening?'

I was running about the gardens and street for a short period, the same guys runs up to me and was like 'hey they just took my bike', kept running around me back and forward and saying save me.

Siren said something for him to get off turf again and i pointed my gun at him. I ran down the street and took cover, then there was shots fired back and forth with me and the 2 ballas in grove street. I ended up getting downed by one of them outside my house. About 20 seconds later this guiys runs back to us, Siren, he gets knocked over, by siren, i'm not sure but it looks like in the video they are standing beside the car and end up being hiot by the car, Siren said 'i've already told you to get the fuck off turf, you're gonna get shot man, what are you doing? get away'.

Siren gets out of the car and then this guy runs up and says i need bandage, gets a shovel out and says 'fucking stupid bitch' and a few other things and then downs siren.

Then a car with ID 1050 drives over siren and into my garden and backs up to me and puts me inside their vehicle.

They start heading up off to the dodgy doctor area, then stop beside marabunta turf, this person didn't say a word to me atall. Then drives up to the shop and gets back into the car, then see the same guy on the bike drive past and the car I'm in follows behind.

I'm brought to the dodgy docs near marabunta, dragged from the car, then the guy that was running about tyurf and following us turns up again. (ID 921) says are you with us Nim? Hello

I then refuse the treatment, in RP i was blacked out, bleeding severely from the head and my pulse was low, but I also know for a fact that there was something going on that they were just using me to get a gun with pretty much no RP involved.

Hey nim, bit confused why this report has gone up 5 days later if you generally felt like there was a rule break within the 24hr period of this situation occurring you would have defiantly put up a report. The fact this has pondered on your mind the last 5 days and the report has gone up now clearly shows your intentions aren't to tackle a possible rule break but to hopefully try get a compensation to get what you lost in that situation. To my knowledge there was no attempt to speak to me ooc about the possible rule break i would love to see some sort of evidence regarding your attempt .

@Liam The only reason I took this long to report the situation was because I was busy with real life as I had mentioned in the above comment, and waited until the weekend when I had the time to make it. During the week monday-thursday I'm usually in work from 7am and don't get back home until 8pm, Friday I was home earlier and I usually always have the weekend off to get things done at home etc. that I need to do

After speaking with a few ballas , i wanted you to ask you a few questions honestly @Nimbruh

1) can you confirm that you where playing the following day , to war Ballas at forum drive?
2) Can you also confirm that you had lost the same items/weapons the following day as this situation?

Answering these questions honestly will confirm my suspicion that you have made this report purely to regain a lost item for a possible rule break that happened 5 days ago , people are busy and understandable to be late with reports but 5 days clearly shows your intentions. I dont believe you have been honest with me or staff so far in your report so would appreciated if you could tell some truth regarding why you have made this report 5 days after.

Hey @Lew1s03 To answer that question I did lose the same gun with the Ballas war the next day. But also to confirm with you I did mention to a couple of people that same night of the situation happened I would put a report up about the situation.

Also as I said above, that the only reason it was that long, I work long hours during the week, I had planned on putting it up at the weekend, I must have spent about an hour writing out and getting the footage all posted, I'm being honest with the reasoning behind why I had posted the report up, it was put up on the Friday night.

still not very convincing with regards with the fact that you put it up 5 days ago , the screen shot that you have posted confirms my suspicions of how the conversation in that discord chat was diverging to your mate hinting the possibility of comp. I am also pretty sure that the separation of both snippet's of the screen shots  is to hide further conversation of how you had lost a weapon.
I am not sure how staff will handle this report going up 5 days even with the reasoning that you have provided.
In regards to rule breaks , i will address this after staff could clarify regarding whether reports can go up this late as i delete any videos from previous days and weeks , this makes it unfair for and leaves me at a disadvantage when replying to reports put up not 2-3 days later but 5 days later.

Yes it was a few days later, I wanted to show you that I had talked that same night that I mentioned about a report just as you think I was reporting to get a comp from the situation, and It was me speaking about there was no response in OOC after I had asked to speak in ts and then I had said about most likely reporting you after that.

Also a reasoning why we wanted to speak in OOC the fact of the whole situation and was because we had suspicions on metagaming, this was due to continually being followed around the turf at the time and the ballas seemed to know our location but I don't know that for a fact which is why we wanted to speak and see for your perspective too. I'm not claiming it was that's why I didn't mention it above atall.

I wasn't annoyed or anything after, I always see it as you win some, you lose some and I've lost more times than won tbh. The roleplay in that situation I thought was pretty bad if I was tbh if you step back and look at it from a 3rd perspective.

If the report does get accepted, I wouldn't get comped for my weapon as I didn't die directly from a rule break

This perfectly address my concern of the disadvantage and unfairness regarding how late this report is , the accusation/suspicion of meta gaming would have been solved with evidence that i have had if not on the day but 2-3 days later , I was in fact in contact with ballas and relaying your current positions to them ( to the individual you shot ) as a favour.

If you could explain the reasoning behind the whole thing, like with you following me and stuff around turf and I was told that you purposely got yourself hit by the car and ended up knocking siren down afterwards to end up getting me into your friend’s car afterwards. Like what was the whole story behind this situation

Hello all,

I have reviewed all the footage in this report and I will go over a few things below.

Value of Life -

ID 921 comes to Grove Street and begins RP'ing with Grove Street Members. Whilst at this, the Ballas push Grove Street and begin a gunfight with the Grove Members. ID 921 is hanging around and roleplaying further with Grove members shouting 'save me, save me'. ID 921 keeps following Nim when Nim tells him explicitly to leave the area and points a Shotgun at ID 921.

ID 921 is still consistent and running around Nim and Grove Street, not valuing his life at all as he has already been warned by Grove members to leave otherwise he'd be shot and killed. Even if ID 921 was not rolling with the Ballas in this instance and Grove had not threatened to shoot him, he is running around an active gunfight with shots going off, here there and everywhere. Clear breach of NVL.

Baiting - 

In the clips provided by both Nim and Siren, it does look quite like baiting that ID 921 keeps hanging around Grove Street when he has been warned to leave multiple times even at gun point. In the clip that Siren has provided, ID 921 runs towards Sirens car and gets ran over. Siren has expressed that he has already been told to leave numerous times and the player runs into her car once again and gets knocked over. Siren doesn't think this person is a threat at the moment in time due to the fact that she willingly gets out of the car in attempt to load Nim into the vehicle, ID 921 runs over to Siren and states 'Please, I need a bandage' then whips out a shovel and tries to down her. With all that being said, this would be a Breach of Baiting.
