Please (in detail) describe the incident: We chased down these guys as they were taunting us on tweedle we crashed into them my mate had a gun pointed at them telling them to get out the car, they didn't listen so he proceeds to shoot, as he starts to shoot 1 jumps out the car and runs away I proceed to chase him then the clip explains the rest.

Hi,

i was involved in this situation. so i would like to give my side of this to help with anything. firstly these guys were taunting the 'shekels' on tweedle when we havnt told anyone our names, i spoke on ooc through our first interaction with 904 as he wasnt rp'ing his injuries. after this we seen the tweeds and decided that we should go deal with it.we drive past pd and towards the hospital as these are common areas for this particular group. the video in the main report shows what happens from there.

after i tell them to step out the car and they dont do it, i start shooting and one runs away. i stop shooting, pull up to the vehicle they refused to get out with a gun pointed at them(which is NVL) i ask how they know our names. and they claim NHS saved there friend. (me nor Anonymous Lion told them in character we are shekels). Anonymous Lion then radios for help as the guy who ran first had knuckle dusters so i tried find him, i notice another guy running in the direction i thought Anonymous Lion was so i hit him with my car and say dont touch my boy. Then ID 923 starts screaming ("You VDM motherfucking bitch, you fucking VDMing bitch fuck off")  which is against rules i believe. then they get a car and ram mine to break it, so i get away from it and tried to radio Anonymous Lion to see if hes still running. the no response clearly shows he has been downed.

in ooc they claimed i metagamed. but in my clip you see i go to where my cars are parked to retrieve a different vehicle and more ammo. while in doing so i see the volvo and local car zoom past towards tirenuts. in my mind they are taking Anonymous Lion to the airport or helipad/dock area (as these are commonly know dumping areas). so i decide to go to airport and work my way up checking common dumping places i get to airport but dont see anything obvious, and i wouldve drove past them so i go to the docks. i get out my car and jump in the water dive under screaming his name but no answer. i then go pier i dive scream his name no reply. dont see a car so i swim up. when i get to the surface i see a man in a hospital gown and was confused i went to him and asked what he is doing here like that, and his response was something like (what the fuck are you doing here, then says im clipping that im clipping that).

unfortunately the only clip i got was the 3 minutes i linked, as in my eyes nothing major happened other than the main interaction.

ill tell you how i found out your name,'' I know the name Anonymous Lion and it ends with Shekel, It wasnt a tough investigation to figure it out, especially knowing you replied on tweedle on your business account. My mate texted me and i saw it when i flew in, the Paramedic saved him. I saw that on tweedle too. You called me out to my friend and when i respond you wanna cry about it? And you say you had a gun and that we didnt value life, Look at your windows pal, show me the gun? Cannot be seen due to tinted windows. My friend ran out the car before you shot, yet  you stayed harrassing us in the car. We were all armoured with bulletproof vests. and Yes, i did scream VDM cause you admitted you got the wrong guy, thats my bad saying it out loud but it was VDM and in your clip you chase me, im nowhere near Anonymous Lion and you screamed ''STAY AWAY FROM MY BOY'' but how am i supposed to know Anonymous Lion was getting beat up when im nowhere near it? 

ll be honest, You guys live and breathe this game (As you can tell by the breathing in the clip) and thats why it hurts you when you get taught a lesson. We came, you called us out. You know you did, dont start saying we called you out first on tweedle. You wanted ''Jonneh and Karl'' and they put you in a pack, stop being childish and firm your L. CHILDREN

Also, on :57 of the clip you can clearly hear Anonymous Seahorse undeafen on discord and the discord audio is cut. Why am i not to believe at this moment he did not metagame? And he claims he saw our cars driving past? We did not go by Alta street in the Volvo at all, I was in the volvo at this point and we stayed away from alta street and we went through to Los santos Customs to fix the car and parked there till i recieved a call in game from my friend saying he was at the pier so we want past Tire Nutz way towards the pier. You can see cars driving past but its a server with other cars driving past. Why assume its us?  Also, 11 seconds into the clip from Anonymous Seahorse in the background you can see His friend is getting put into a car whilst he  is running me over. And to go Alta street, my friend would have to reverse the car and drive past him, which never happened as Anonymous Seahorse's car wouldve caught up with the Karin. If he went the way the car was facing he wouldve headed towards the casino, which makes more sense as when kidnapping a body why follow the direction of the person you are hiding from? The timings and accusations of both these videos do not match up. And to  top it all off, you can hear the discord get deafened again at 2:23.

As you can see from my clip he smashes the window and the second time we tell you you have a gun Pointed at you you can clearly see it, also the white hair girl you are referring to asked our name we refused to tell her, also you claiming you know a Anonymous Lion there is 2 Anonymous Lion in the server one me and one a Cop, you dumped us to try to make us forget but then boasted about it all on tweedle. 

I will no longer be replying to this unless requested to by a staff.

i accidently unmuted. but you can still hear me breathing, which shows i wasnt communicating through discord. you also hear the discord unmuting so you would hear anyone speaking.

Look at this clip mate, the name Anonymous Lion is repeated multiple times. Thats how she learnt it and i know one Anonymous Lion is a police officer and he wouldn't be the one chasing me. Ive dealt with him before. That narrows it down to one? YOU.

Listen Anonymous Seahorse, you do not have to communicate but you can listen and its not hard to seperate audio tracks, espesically with medal. You were clearly frustrated, why did you undeafen and then let out the swear? And then coincidentally deafen when you presumably saw the cars drive past? Very well timed and convenient coincidences no? 

Btw, im not staff. Liars open their mouths when they wanna defend themselves eh?

After further review, You seem to undeafen when you realise the radio was not working as your little friend was dead? And listen carefully, You purposely held the F in your mouth of the words ''Fucks Sake'' until discord was undeafened, who did you want to listen to your frustrations. Interesting Anonymous Seahorse.

BACK AGAIN

AFTER FURTHER FURTHER REVIEW, of Anonymous Lion's Clip. 30 seconds in, he says he has a gun pointed at us, BUT this is where it gets interesting, the glass breaks AFTER his statement. NO guns were pointed at us until after we sped off, as you can hear from the audio cue.

PS. Once he did shoot us, we didnt do anything and he then suddenly stopped and nobody in the car had been hit (LOL). I assumed along with the others he ran out of bullets, did he want us to sit there? It turns out, he did! Anonymous Seahorse himself kindly provided the evidence of that in his clip, Thanks again Anonymous Seahorse. So im just curious, when he sat staring at us, what should we have done? Pretend to die? He didnt finish the job with the bullets. Was he gonnma throw the gun at us? Explain Anonymous Seahorse

you also claim that at 0:11 on my clip i can see Anonymous Lion getting put in a car, which is infact wrong. if you go to 0:20 you can see your friend punching Anonymous Lion next to a local vehicle which he then had to lockpick.

maybe it was not your 2 cars passing me at alta street, but thats what i assumed and thats why i headed to the airport first. therefore proving i was not metagaming. thanks for helping me on that case.

feel free to post any footage you have too. as your friend in the water said 'im clipping that'. so post the clip.

In Anonymous Seahorse's clip you can also see he drives away, This gives everyone in the volvo a chance to escape which we did Should we have sat there or something?? He then proceeds to run me over cause VDM

Again, I am not staff so the evidence must be getting to you eh? Anonymous Seahorse why should we provide clips when you are doing it for us? Also, Why did you run me over if you can see your boy getting mashed up in the back? You lot started this thread and i am responding as i am innocent and you are trying to get us ban for beating you with dusters in a gun fight. Lastly, if you did  not metagame, what was the need to undeafen discord?

Blimey, that's was a interesting read through.

First of all, whatever you're trying to do @weemz, knock it off. You're general attitude throughout the entire report stinks, and to me indicates a childish person acting big behind the monitor. Here's a few examples:

Looking at the link, at no point does the officer in question mention Anonymous Lion's surname? You mention you found out via Tweedle, but looking through our logs, the only time Anonymous Lion is mentioned was the 30th of March, 2022 and 11th of December, 2021. 

Now, moving on the @Ryc. Looking at your evidence, at around 30 seconds in, you say: "Get out of the car, you got guns pointed at you". 
Keep in mind, you couldn't see a firearm, since the Visiones windows are completely tinted. 

However, onto the initial report. Due to the tinted windows of the vehicle, which makes it hard, if not near impossible, for @weemzto see into, I will not be giving him a warning/ban for NLR, however, I will be giving him a warning for:
(G2.3) Roleplay Everything - You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character.
Since he broke roleplay after getting rammed by the Visione.
