Please (in detail) describe the incident: I went into the cells to show the other officers the proper procedure for using leg restraints in cells, attempting to explain how they can use them but must remove them once they have exited the cell. During this I was called a 'tr***y', this individual also kept talking OOC in RP with his most noticeable and blatant one being him saying how he was only in this city being of issues with his usual 'server' and stated how he didn't intend to return. He also combat logged twice, only once did I catch this on BWV but the second time should be visible in the logs.
