Please (in detail) describe the incident: I turned up to an area with multiple people around, and this male came up to me asking if I "was just some rich f****". The guy was clearly new to the server as around a minute later he didn't know how to pick up items or use his phone.

This person is very new to the server and from my point of view, he has not read our rules.
