Please (in detail) describe the incident: Whilst out robbing with a few others, we decided to hit the smeltery and whilst attempting to rob the man in the video (855) he just completely NVLd and stalled the whole situation which led to no robbery being conducted

I believe this is a blatant breach of NVL.

First of all I would like to say I apologise that my roleplay was not good for you my thoughts behind this was that I would roleplay being the tough guy and see if you explored other avenues of dealing with me but looking at the video I can see where I went wrong and how this could of been a breach I can only say I am sorry for the poor roleplay and that I will use this to improve my roleplay in the future I am still new to this and I am learning a long the way which Changaloas have been teaching me a lot and helping me to learn however this is a mistake which I will learn from.

@Scott Hello there thanks for taking your time to review this.

What happened after this video is he kept on refusing to comply to our demands and was shot and the video was cut off there because its all i had clipped as he had nvled for a good couple of minutes at this point.

The changaloas were being disrespectful in roleplay and so we saw one at the smeltery and decided to approach with some hostile rp which could not be achieved due to his NVL.

Hi scott. I did not surrender because my thoughts was that they would be a bit more creative with the way of getting me to put my hands up such as grabbing me by the neck and start going through my pockets I was waiting to see if they did that but they did not and like I said above I can see where I went wrong and I notice that It was not the best but I was just trying to make a bit more roleplay from it maybe not in the right way but yeah.Not being funny but especially with cutlass roleplay has not been fun every night robbing the mines and smelt and walking off with crates just because they can however I do have to disagree with luke. there was no previous disrespect from any changaloas member this is just what cutlass do on a nightly basis... ROB. Once again sorry that you was not happy with what I did and how I was trying to go about it and I will learn for next time.

The alleged rule break here is G2.4 - Value of Life (NVL)

The reported player (@AfterPeach8) admitted fault and has apologised, I appreciate you recognising your mistake and apologising for it. Just because someone admits fault doesn't mean a rule break has occurred (Before someone misunderstands the outcome). However, I would have to agree with both parties that G2.4 was breached in this scenario. The several firearms pointed at a lone man trapped in a corner, it's not hard to know you're somewhat screwed and should comply with the demands issued.

@AfterPeach8 did not comply as he wanted to try to roleplay a "tough guy", which as previously mentioned is fine, but when you're fucked, you're fucked, and you should comply with demands issued. You also wanted them to do some different/creative style roleplay, and that's fine, but it should've become clear it wasn't going to happen and you should've surrendered. This is where your mistake occurred.

Moving on;

@L100UKE, when watching that video it felt like watching a broken record, the same dry & boring command issued. You could at least make your demands more descriptive, and graphic, explain what will happen if he doesn't surrender, ask him about any loved ones or family, is it worth dying? etc. It's not like you didn't have the time to. And considering you've been in multiple whitelisted gangs, including your current one, I hope you take my advice on board.
