What best describes this incident ?: We Encountered a Taxi Driver - in which he did not fear for his life and he combat logged

Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were Setting up To Rob a Taxi Driver , my friend called a taxi and told him to come to his house , after he arrived i decided to come out of a hiding spot and proceed to tell him to get out with his hands up since he had a gun pointed at him he then refuses and says "Shoot Me Then Go On" (Breaking G2.4) Then we Warned him multiple times to get out with his hands up - he Refused so we shot him in the head around 7 times and he still decides to talk so after this we decide we were going to throw his body into the ocean and as we were going to do it we realized he was no longer in the Vehicle (Violating C2.3). Following this he Returned later and proceeded to use ooc chat to try to get someone to help him.- we are pretty sure it is him as when he left we were driving on the beach (in Paleto).

Hello there and apologies for the late reply.

This is a very clear cut case, so I will make it short. 

ID 846 is not valuing their life, not acting injured and, as the logs can confirm, did indeed log out a little more than 2 minutes after being shot to then log back in another 3 minutes later. 

Thus, he will be receiving a ban for the following rule breaks:
(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

(G4.4) When you are downed:

• You have been injured to the point that you have been incapacitated and you must roleplay your injuries. You have not yet been killed; this only occurs when you respawn.
  
• When roleplaying your injuries, you must not make direct reference to the in-game respawn timer.
  

(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

The player would technically be on a 24h ban, according to FBS, however, the combat logging pushes it up to a permanent ban which will have to be appealed on the forums.
