Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was doing my Taxi job and was crashed into I got out to confront the man and he just ran me over and killed me. Not much more detail to explain other than him doing it a few mins before which I couldn't get on record.

I assume you're reported RVDM here rather than VDM.

For reports such as RVDM, we do require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident.

That's the only footage I was able to get, due to my settings.

No worries, I will go ahead and decline this due to lack of evidence.
For insight in case this happens again; we require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior so that we can get a better context of the situation all together.

For the clip you've provided, for all I know, this player COULD have been involved in a situation with you before hand which would have justified the actions of ramming your vehicle.
Obviously with such a short clip, I don't know the intentions or reason behind him ramming you and I then COULD be issuing a false ban. 

Due to all of the above, I will get this closed off. Please don't let it put you off of making reports in the future!
