Please (in detail) describe the incident: A police car was stolen with pre-authed TC due to them taking stunt jumps to lose police. The car was immobalised and the males ran, they came back and 840 tried to stab me without a word. He was shot and downed and his buddy ran off. When I went to cuff the 840, he logged off. I waited in the area for around 10 minutes, he made no return.

This report is pretty clear cut overall. I've gone ahead and looked into the logs and can confirm they did indeed combat log. Based on this I will be issuing a permanent ban on 840 for combat logging in this situation.
