Please (in detail) describe the incident: Saw I was driving around legion area with a back doing wheelies when this guy randomly comes speeding behind me and rams me off the road. I thought it just could've been an accident however he turns back towards me and run me over again when I'm just standing on the side road and takes me down. He says nothing before or after the incident and just drives off and leaves me.
