Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was walking along the street and was approached by these 2 guys on a bike when they held me at knife point, i had a chance to escape so I did and the followed me when another bypasser witnessed what was happening and attempted to help me. They followed me into an alley where I climb up to a ledge to have a chance to put in a police dispatch. They then get into some sort of altercation with the bypasser in the car and start running at his vehicle with knives when he then comes back and starts ramming them with his vehicle. 453 and 832 then break character referencing rules in game saying that he VDM'd them and not roleplaying their injuries.
