What best describes this incident ?: NVL & Trolling

Please (in detail) describe the incident: One of our members sent a GPS location with no other written message. When ever a member sends a GPS we head to the location to make sure said members are safe as a location with no message always implies help is needed. Myself & Pedro headed to the GPS and when we arrived we saw and empty taxi (we already knew Tyson was doing taxi work) once we saw the empty taxi we immediately knew Tyson had been taken. I first thought was to check the dodgy right nearby. After not finding him there we went back to the taxi to check nearby. There was a dirt track right by the taxi so we checked this too as we travel along it we see a car which begins shooting. We shoot 1 of them and hands the other up getting him into zipties. Once we have them we take the downed guy (82) to the dodgy to get the combat pistol he is carrying. He then NVL's and shoots and has no disregard for his life.

Following the situation he was commenting in ooc being childish when asked to come to Liaison as a staff member also witnessed. Then in Liaison he didn't care what so ever about the fact he NVL'd infact he made sarcastic comments acting like he had done no such thing and didn't acknowledge any wrong doing what so ever. I was then advised due to the NVL & the childish behaviour to put a report up based on everything that took place.

I'd like to submit footage from my pov of what happened during the situation as you can see as was well within my rights to defend myself i hope this helps give a better perspective on the situation.

Good afternoon @Cass-LS, thank you for making this report.

There isn't much to discuss here, there is an absolute clear breach of NVL in this clip. After being revived to then attempt pulling a weapon out and shooting you makes no sense whatsoever. 
Due to the behaviour given in OOC, in game & in the Discord liaison with multiple staff & management present I will be actioning this report with the following today:
