Please (in detail) describe the incident: My mate had a collision with a taxi and the taxi got disabled. I Pulled up as we decided to rob the person. We told her to get out her car and after she continued to be on her phone and not get out the car I pulled out a gun and pointed it at her. I then gave her ample time to follow the orders which she ignored. I then shot her twice and gave her more chances to exit her vehicle. She claimed she didn't see the gun and so I pointed it at her again. She then began crying saying this always happens and that she will die while staying in her taxi, probably to stall for time. Me and my friends then left the scene as I ran out of bullets and she failed to value her life, rolepaly her injuries and comply with our orders. This has happened several times this night alone and this type of terrible RP ruins the experience and makes it feel like there is no purpose to attempt to rob anyone as it will result in the person not wanting to loose their stuff and therefore break rules to do so.

@jbanDo you happen to have a clip with audio present from both sides, I can only hear you in this clip.

Unfortunately my clip didn't get sound other than my voice, but even so I'd say that the fact that there was a gun pointed at her head and she was shot yet still didn't get out even with me saying very clearly to shows a clear breach of the rules. Obviously it is up to your discretion.

I can see your clip only has audio present from yourself and isnt picking up any game audio, which is an issue as it doesn't allow me to get a full view of the context and conversation. Please fix this issue with your recording software and make sure it is picking up both your own voice and the game audio for future.
 
So, now onto the report. You pull up to a taxi driver, armed with a gun and point it directly at them and give clear and concise demands to exit the vehicle in which the driver seems to be on their phone ignoring your demands presumably putting in a police dispatch or trying to get help. You give ample opportunity for the person to exit the vehicle and they fail to do so. It is clear even without audio from the game that the person is infact engaging with you as when you click session heads I can see they are speaking back to you and still choosing to ignore commands. This is blatant NVL in any case considering they failed to meet the demands that you gave them whilst they were at a clear disadvantage and they should have valued their life.
