Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was trying to provide RP as kenny is broke in RP. I was forced to do multiple things which i went a lot with and i valued my life at all times. They tried to force me to do GTA 5 Driving holding a GUN AT ME. They knew what they were doing and I felt they wanted to get me banned. I think it was targetted and its very unfair. I valued my life at all times and they continued acting weird and abusive. Its a game, I don't care irl but trying to get someone banned on roleplay.co.uk whilst me being intoxicated is unfair and trying to take advantage of me. It was a targeted attack, I do not know if it was people that dumped me 20 minutes before or if it was staff abuse. evidence is shown. They tried to get me to break a rule until i said its against the law. great serious roleplay once again. 3rd time this evening could of made another report 1 hour ago to but left it cause today its been appauling. trying to enforce a toxicated person to break a rule.

I can tell you for a fact that its not staff abuse since I am not staff of any kind. Richie not being funny but first of all how an earth are we meant to know that your intoxicated and why would that matter? We understood what you were saying after the third time you said it so that's why we left the scene. That's a very strong accusation. Personally I think this is a ridiculous report. also considering you asked us to go into QE and we did but you never decided to turn up. But thank you for letting us know about the rule, I will make sure to keep it in mind.

Right ok it felt targeted. You knew exactly what you were doing and making me do that jump is gta driving. When i said its against the law you was like oh shit yeah. your obviously acting dumb and can't own up to it. May be you should read the rules and try not to make someone that is intoxicated break the rules to get them banned. You were literally pointing a gun at me trying to make me to do you turnt around and said 'oh yeah'.

Everytime I go  live on Kick.com Twitch or Facebook live it messes up which my microphone input settings are on my medal its annoying. thanks for reminding me cause its actually done the same again. it happens every day and I forget. I provided high quality roleplay throughout this and I felt these people were the ones involved in my previous dumping of Kenny Dewitt. They knew I was intoxicated down at the bean machine and decided to try and make me break a rule.

It resets to auto every-time I go live on obs and loads up fivem its a weird bug I have.

Sadly I do not have any sort of clip from this situation, since I thought their wasn't anything wrong with it I didn't see any reason of clipping . Even if this guy is accusing us of GTA driving it didn't happen and as heard in his clip you can see that we understood when he quoted saying "I'm legally not allowed to hit that ramp" so that's why stopped the situation and then left him alone. Also we had not had any previous contact with Richie throughout the whole night and for to say that is a big accusation considering he has no evidence to supply you with. I will make sure to have a complete read through all the rules so something like this does not happen again. Also how an earth are we meant to know that he's intoxicated ???

Why did you want me to do the stunt jump? If you read the rules GTA 5 driving is a bannable offence. To me it felt like you wanted me not to value my life or say something whilst a gun was pointed at me and get me to break a rule and i would of got banned. But I did not NVL and i explained. Why would you want me to do a jump when its a roleplay server and that'd be unrealistic driving. In my opinion I feel you were trying to get me banned or make me not value my life which you clearly failed.

You haven't read the rules and you were trying to make me break one of the rules. Its very clear without my voice either way. You tried to force me to do GTA 5 driving which could have got me banned. I was going to NVL at one point cause You were enforcing me to break a rule. You even said you didn't know its a rule when you join the server it asks if you have read the full rules.

Its a serious roleplay server, you should know doing stunt jumps is not allowed as its not realistic driving. you are holding a gun to me so i have to value my life.

I feel your acting you know stunt jumps are not allowed and you wanted me to break a rule, its common sense its a serious roleplay server of course stunt jumps aren't allowed. Never have I said I wanted you banned. I actually called you out in OOC as-well and tagged your IDS. Staff can check that and staff can check QE who joined at the time it happened and you defiantly didn't come. Now I have put this up you want to QE? You should read the rules and stop trying to force someone to break them.  You have clearly said you have not read the server rules in this thread.You fully well knew what you were doing in my opinion.  I am not going to comment any further we are going around in circles.

Got most of the context from the video provided by @RichieRichUKJust can't see the full picture seeing that only one side of the VOIP has been provided. 

So looking over the report overall, First off staff abuse? None issue since JD isn't a staff member as he's even outlined here. Now I will say if there are issues with staff in such a manner this is why we have Staff Leads such as Drew, Bowen, Gordon and I. We are all very much approachable for issues like this as a whole. 

Now lets get into the report. From the outset it's being "Forced" to fail drive that never happened? Slightly confused on the issue. One thing I have said in the past and I will say for as long as it takes is the following; Context Matters 

I've looked over the video in full and in all honesty, It seems like @JD__and the other person are trying to have a fun roleplay experience and doing very well in the process, Something that you can see they enjoy to do! I feel when people provide good roleplay we should see this and not rush to a report for the sake of it, As from an outsider view it does put a bitter taste on the roleplay experience both parties had. 

Indeed they did ask you to jump off the ramp, For all we know the reason for this given the context was either life or death and both could of been roleplayed after it happened. In this situation I'd not say any rule break from the reported side even happened. After looking at the report ect it's picking at straws at best.

I will however break down a few comments, "trying to enforce a toxicated person to break a rule." If you are playing when drunk I'd suggest not doing so, Whilst yes it's not a rule in itself you in turn cannot try and play victim for your own actions. "They knew what they were doing and I felt they wanted to get me banned. I think it was targetted and its very unfair." Isn't this something that's happening here? 

You are cherry picking part of the interaction to see another side punished when in reality they are providing some good roleplay and finally, "I don't care irl but trying to get someone banned on roleplay.co.uk whilst me being intoxicated is unfair and trying to take advantage of me". Now yes I have touched on being drunk however no one did make you log into the server after you deciding to drink, However you are claiming you don't care about this however who has made the report here. 

From looking over the report it does seem like it is a revenge report as a whole. One thing I will say from what I can make out you did break character however I cannot be 100% on this, So I will say it here. You are at all times to remain in character, Referencing the rules and what you can/cannot do in RP isn't allowed and you do risk a punishment for doing such things. 

As mentioned as this report does seem more of a revenge report and JD and his friend not breaking any rules in this situation I will be going ahead and denying the report.

@JD__For you and your friend please don't be discouraged to provide quality roleplay and I do hope this report doesn't hinder the RP you are providing moving forth!
