Please (in detail) describe the incident: Caught this man near Ballas, asked who it was only to find out it was a Cutlass hangaround (Cutlass being the group we are currently hostile with) so we robbed him of his belongings. After speaking to this man for a while we told him to say "Fuck Cutlass" whilst pointing 5 guns at him. He decides to pull his knife out and to try to kill one of us, whilst having multiple people pointing guns in his face.

I attempted to call 792 to Discord in LOOC first and then in OOC the second time round. He did not reply to either, to which i feel as if he understands that he is guilty but he can't come to speak about it.

this is me shown in the above clip being held by aztecas. id first like to start by saying i have no connection to cutlass gang i have only recently brought a PC since watching some cutlass vids on youtube. I have been in the server a short time and been grabbed by you lot sometimes up to 3 times a day, pocket wiped and made to say 'FUCK CUTLASS' if failed to do so im shot and dumped. i cant lie it has started to demotivate me already, as a new player i would of maybe expected a little guidance from a white listed faction, as i have received from other gangs around the city not just a 'say fuck cutlass' followed by a bullet multiple times a day. As for calling me to liaison im still getting to grips with the way the system works in that aspect, and was not ignoring the request.

This statement is completely false, that was the first time we had grabbed you and asked you to say that.

I question as to who helped you write this report, as the terminology you are using is very strange for someone thats "been in the server for a short time" . I'm sure that others can pick up on this.

Also on the topic of being grabbed, you are boasting Cutlass Coloured clothes and a buggy that has a tan livery, to which you don't expect to be questioned on? Tensions are high between the two groups and wearing their colours can cause you trouble in game if you didn't know. Hence why we robbed you.

Mistakes are bound to be made over time however how we deal & learn from them is very important.

Why did you not go and talk to Riccardo about the situation when he reached out to you?
