What best describes this incident: Failure to roleplay injuries / roleplay
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Police had been attending reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, Grove were spotted shooting at another gang. 786's vehicle broke down and a decision was made to attempt to apprehend him, this resulted in a shootout where the suspect was incapacitated. 786 was then taken to Vespucci PD garage by another officer where he has not provided any roleplay from the moment he was shot.

NHS attended and provided advice to start CPR, this was done until other patients were treated, no /me's were used, no roleplay was provided. There was just a character on the floor and two police over him trying to roleplay some form of medical RP. 786 was taken to QE on Discord and asked to account for what happened. 786 admitted to giving 'shit RP' because he had had "shit interactions" with the police prior.

I am not usually one to report issues as talking to people is always the best way to resolve them. However, based on his behaviour outside of the game, it's clear that roleplay is not the forefront here. I have clips of the incident and QE. I cannot publicly publish these as some of the videos contain sensitive information (to which I have had confirmation from SL Mike). I will not post the videos, and they will be shared with whoever deals with the report.

Hello.
Having reviewed the evidence, it is clear that the reported player is not roleplaying back with the people trying to interact with him.
Whether you roleplay as the character being dead or not, does not exclude you from participating in roleplay, on a roleplay server - there are still ways to engage, for example through "/me".

These ways, you are able to enhance the roleplay and make it enjoyable for everyone involved, rather than essentially 'going AFK'. Your "/me" can describe the scene, and respond to queries from the other party - an example in this case could've been showing the state of the injured player's character, through describing the blood and gore of a gunshot scenario. You have the power to make it more difficult for the person(s) treating you, by describing how the field looks like, for example; It's difficult to find entry-wounds, or even work on a patient in general, where there is blood everywhere -- You, as the player of that character, have the power to create and describe that scene.

I believe, by not engaging at all through either voice or with "/me", you have failed at adhering to our rules. (G4.4)


Furthermore, the attitude displayed in the liaison after the situation, is poor.
To say "The last four encounters I've had with the police, the roleplay has been shit, so I gave shit RP back" is a terrible mindset to have - If you do not take the appropriate action towards poor roleplay yourself, you have no right to complain -- and in no way, shape or form does it excuse you intentionally giving poor roleplay back.
I will note this on your record, if you continue with this mindset or show equally poor attitude in liaisons going forth, you'll be found to be removed from the server and directed to our appeal section to explain why we should allow you to continue playing here.
