Please (in detail) describe the incident: So we were robbing chippiones. When robbing them, ID:752 was straight just stalling and not dropping things for ages, He kept saying one sec and one sec and then when told to drop his bottle he dropped his money instead and turned to our members as if to do something then lies to stall even more saying "I aint got a bottle" to then again hes searched another time to then hes told to drop his bottle.

Then we told him take off his helmet and it took multiple chances and multiple demands and finally a 2nd /me for him to remove it and then he goes to the right and tries to just walk away and then instead of hands up instantly he decided to insult us then finally puts his hands up and is ziptied

Also throughout you see him keep clicking x and letting go to hands up and drop again so we cant interact which they all seem to do

My audio is fucked which im fixing now but all i did was just speak to my boys about the rob and my audio isnt needed to see this guys clear NVL (Not dropping items and just insulting and standing there and walking away | Trolling (Spamming hands up and down and not dropping items) | Stalling (turning a situation into a longer one by doing all the things listed prior) - Also in qe he showed no remorce wouldnt admit to anything and just tit for tatting and saying we break rules also but they dont report as if to say because they dont we shouldnt report him

Ps: I only want one response from Vito ONLY! no one else from chippiones and then any other comments to be added if/when staff ask

Hi Luke, about this moment of trolling yes I was taking my time but there was no rule break i still did everything you asked me to do. I had a conversation with one of your members in QE about it and we talked it out i don't get why you are saying I showed no remorse, I was calm the full time and everything was settled. Another thing with taking my helmet off is the fact that the menu was glitching for me, when I was trying to pull up the menu it would take forever to come up on my screen. Throughout this day Luke I was giving out good roleplay even though I got taken 3 times in the space of 5-10 minutes by walking out of pillbox being held at gunpoint and still going along with it. It seems to me that everything you come across you want us banned for, people have faults in RP sometimes doesn't mean they have to be banned for the slightest thing they do, if you want a war with us it won't last much longer if you keep putting as many reports up as you have. Also during the altercations between myself and someone else in your gang, I was called a "spastic" and a "retard", not something I want to hear during my RP experience, just a wee heads up. I personally don't see where I've gone wrong here as I complied with everything that was said to me but I apologise if I've overstepped the line, cheers.

Unfortunately in qe you didnt wanna admit to anything and you claimed you didnt do anything wrong, it seems to be the same excuses from you all every single time.

Now its clear your response is just to try tell the reviewers the things they wanna hear. Anyhow if it works i get your sorry and i like that so thank you but like we have all been told, Apologies cant always fix things as this happens constantly now and its a joke

Alrighty so yes @El Vito Corleone did stall and prolong the situation however was this not for the benefit of roleplay?

You've both stated there was a liaison where everyone seemed to agree and move on however there is now a report.
The point of a liaison is literally to discuss and resolve which sounds like what you did.

I don't see a rule break due to the fact that demands were actually met. If you had more evidence to prove a rule has been broken you've had time to submit it.

Lets just leave it at the liaison was clear and if this happens again a report will be reviewed and actioned accordingly.
