What best describes this incident: clear cut exploiting coming through a wall
Please (in detail) describe the incident: clear cut exploiting fell through a wall and no second thought of this accidental exploit he just runs straight in like nothing happened, doesn't think to shout to us to let him out, or use LOOC to explain anything to us, we spoke in qe where he admitted that he come through the wall and thought we would shoot him and this was his excuse for continuing to run through with his gun and kill the last standing members. Whether we did shoot or not I don't feel like this a justifiable reason to continue RP when you have exploited and are a long term member of this city.

We have had plenty of these accidents happen before as most know yjs has more than 1 wall/or window that you can fall through and end up inside and we have dealt with it before by pausing the sit and letting the person out.
If staff need anything else will be happy to provide anything if i have it/or another member but think the clip explains it.

Hello lad!

So just because you have had this accident happen to you before i should know what to do when it happends or what?

Lets be real it happend quick and i did not have time to sit there and do a /looc since its like 2 rooms in that small building and i would have been called out by the shot people on the floor and pushed instantly. When we sat in that qe we did try to explain that just because it was so unfair we decided to leave your bodys for nhs to come revive, I feel like i cant do anything but apologize that you feel like i ruined your roleplay.

Hello mate, roleplay was definitely effected by this as if that didn’t happen the fight would of continued for longer as we still had Connor dead inside and assume yous wouldn’t leave him. Was decent Beef RP until this happened.

You had a 1 Dead TFA member in the room with you who was by the door that leads outside which was far away enough from us if you would or whispered to him that you didn’t mean to fall through, or even if shouted through the wall to us in the other room, this report could of been non existence, but without hesitation you carried on killed the last 2 members standing.

You did also have time to duck tuck roll and look behind the bar, and go running behind it to where you could of used LOOC to say even the words “stop” and then explained, or if you would of explained to the dead member on the floor he could of typed it for you.
I feel like common sense comes into play with this stuff you can say it’s the heat of the moment but seems like frag mentality as you’ve just seen it as, oh well I’m inside now so might as well just chance it.
I’m leaving this with staff and this will be my last reply unless requested otherwise

Hello @timmy chaps and @TedF , hope you both are well!

Seeing this report it's a shame to see what's happened in this evidence.

Ted, you have been in this community for three years and in this video you yes glitched through a wall mistakenly, but it's what you did after which was wrong, you carried on the fight, you were in another room with no other TFA members present in that room (Except one incapacitated.), you could have quickly got cover and said in LOOC "I glitched in TFA", or even shouted "I have fallen in through the windows." as you technically should not of been there without breaking in through the doors of the building.

You should know better instead of looking for a fight after gaining a VERY unfair advantage caused by a glitch, being in a whitelisted F6 you should know better given your history.

Given the time you had when you initially started glitching into the building and when you instantly starting looking around, you had the time to quickly switch to shout, even put an LOOC message out, but instead you just ran around looking to fight as if you had securely broken in, if a member of another gang glitched into Hustlers basement and started shooting your character's gang without going through the multiple locked doors would you feel that it was fair game? Would you not report this for exploiting as they clearly abused the fact of a glitch?

Either way, let's get onto what action is going to be taken.
