Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on turf chilling, seen a helicopter fly over and park on a roof, so when I was looking thu my binoculus and I get shotgun out of nowhere with NO RP, after speaking with Anonymous Lion on teamspeak, he told me he said "fuck the hustlers" at someone on a bike who drove off and he decided to shot me, after going thru my medal clip you can pick this up, but I don't believe this is good enough to shotgun someone because your original target drove off.

Hustlers and Grove have had some beef today, but the last situation was finished a long time before this to a point I had logged off the server to eat and relogged, also want to note Anonymous Lion wasn't in any colours but even with this in mind, I still was given no RP before being shot.

Hello let me start off by saying earlier today there was a situation where I shot a hustler when he was out of colours due to him stealing one of my gang members motorcycles, about 30 to 40 mins after this i was pulled up on by Hustlers shot but dropped at my turf where i was saved by a person passing through, after the 4pm restart me and a gang member who was also kidnapped by Hustlers and left to live decided we were going to push your turf and in doing so shot a few of u i will show in a clip bellow (ignore my poor aim in the clip not my best moment), after this myself, Bmav, Gaz and Siren were just going around within the server to then hear that Hustlers kidnapped another grove member and took a gun from him, so as far as this goes i would say there is a clear sign of Beef between Grove and Hustlers, as i was gonna try to say to u before u left the TS call my mind set was i cant just pull up in Grove clothing and try shoot you as if you saw someone in green you would have pointed guns at me instantly and told me "Hands up" therefore giving me no way to even extend Rp of me killing you, Hence my decision to not wear any green.

I then Log on later to be told on radio that Hustlers went to casino and and robbed and Beat Bmav and Siren aka my higher ups within my gang therefore angering my character as it would anyone else's who is in a gang (Id Assume) and as i said as there was on going beef throughout the day i made the executive decision to come to your turf and take my revenge on there behalf, there was never any original target, the target in my head was anyone who is a hustler as u will even see in my clip i don't shoot Matthew who is also standing on ur turf, as for knowing you are a hustler you are wearing the dog chain that you guys "claim as yours" as you asked us to never use the chain as we had an official grove outfit with the chain, Plus you can see from your clip you were clearly expecting something as u were saying something about having guns ready as there was a chopper and ur gang is telling people to get on roofs as there is people going around and there is people coming to turf, you clearly were expecting retaliation for what happened in casino and i feel you are just a little upset about the outcome as it never went in your favour, and just to add this situation you are reporting happened about 30mins after the casino situation so there was no way it was Random, and i made sure i was also on Shouting as you can see in my clip, Also i was clearly out numbered as told by Bmav who was scouting your turf and let me know there was a few of you so i cant really pull up and try Kidnap you or anything along those lines, also as it is not "officially war" there is no "War rules" in place to say i have to be in colours when taking action against your gang.

Sorry but all the situations you are on about happened and finished, you are talking about events that happened hours upon hours the video you posted was from 7 hours earlier(video shows clip posted over 7hours ago).

Even the video of you shooting me shows you gave no RP before. No one is saying you cant take "revenge" but it must be done within the server rules and you must give good RP before you attack someone.

 
As i was told recently there is no Rule for Poor RP, As for showing the previous clip, it is purely me just showing and stating there is on going beef between both gangs. 

All this beef is within the last 24hrs also, so not like i came back a week after it to retaliate, This would be like me sitting here saying you cant go to the casino when u did to target Grove members because the last shoot out was 7 hours ago as u pointed out, it cant work for one person but not the other.

You say that as far as you are concerned the situation was "over" for you but yet your clip shows your gang getting ready for what i can only assume is retaliation, There was absolutely nothing random with what i did, RDM = Random Death Match, as stated nothing random with what i did it was all in retaliation to all the beef that is going on between us (Grove n Hustlers).

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM

You gave no RP before shooting me, you told me on TS you gave me RP before shooting me now you are saying you shot me because theres ongoing beef, Yes there is on going beef and stuff had happened at points today some over 7hours ago, but all them had finished.

The beef did not finish, i dont know where you are getting this information from, maybe u believed yourself that it had finished but i can assure you it did not finish, if it had finished i would not have pulled up and shot you?, whether you believe it is finished it had not.

The beef between us as stated was continuing hence me coming up and doing what i done, you seem to have this narrative that the beef had finished but as stated multiple times from your own clip you were clearly expecting retaliation, so clearly you yourself knew it was not over and you are trying everything at the minute to get me banned.

Sorry I mean beef to as the active situation, the situations which happened over 7 hours ago, and one about closer to a hour before you shot me was over, you can carry on with the beef and get some revenge like I said earlier I have no issue, problem is you should have given me some RP before shooting me, the situations was over and done with to a point I logged off to eat and relogged and was back on the server for over 15 mintues before you shot me.

The situation that happened 7 hours ago isn't what i am being reported for, as stated i only added it to show you and staff that there was on going beef through out the day.

I also want to point out they want the server to be as realistic as possible and in my eyes if 2 gangs are beefing in the real world the gang making the push isnt gonna show up on the opposite gangs turf and have a full conversation with them about how there day is and so on..... 

I fully understand that the server isn't real life but hopefully you understand my point.

 
I was involved in the situation.

It seems from what you’re saying is that we’re basically at a kos stage which we are in fact not. No terms have been discussed ooc about not providing roleplay before shooting. Every attack we have done so far we have given roleplay to go along with it not just pulling up and shooting at your gang. Also saying to your gang you know you’re going to get smoked and stuff isn’t really smart in terms of valuing your life as that’s also another rule to consider.

 
I provided Roleplay by saying "Fuck the Hustlers" therefore initiating the fact that i obviously do not like your gang at the moment and was going to do something, Me providing no roleplay would be me showing up and not saying a word then doing what i did, like i said not gonna show up as a "Gangster" and invite you to a tea party, as stated i was clearly out numbered and i knew that before i made the push to your turf so no way of me attempting to Rob you or kidnap any of you, and as for you claiming the bad value of life, mate i have a shotgun and as a gang member i am going to push your turf as you can tell i have many people on radio saying they are going to try and save me if i get dropped, which in fact did happen so as for that i was saved taken to hospital and am alive and kicking.

As for you claim that you guys RP at a good enough extent that is better than me, i wouldn't really class this clip i will show below as a high level of RP.

Price you keep posting and replying with stuff that has nothing to do with this situation, but on the video it shows you dont value your life by giving a load of armed gang members shit when you are in zipties

only thing you keep showing is you possible breaking rules, as you claim "I have many people on radio saying they are going to try and save me if I get dropped" that's showing you don't value your life. Don't think you should be going into anything when you need people waiting to pick you up because you could get "dropped"

Not sure why you've included this clip all it adds is you not considering the NVL rule into account by provoking your captives.

 
The clip was purely to just show Ryan that his statement of you guys Roleplaying to a high level wasn't all true, i was simply replying to what he said, you guys just seem very eager to try get me banned.

You clearly are not reading anything i say cause if you were you would see i am clearly showing you and staff that there was on going beef throughout the day i am baffled that you dont seem to realise this, you seem to not realise in game i am a "gangster" so ill do what i need to do to stand by my gang.

I feel you dont really understand how "gangster" life works and thats the issue u are having here, you clearly just didnt like the outcome of a retaliation from me, for you beating and robing my higher ups so u instantly turned to Ruleplay over Roleplay.

As stated multiple times you can tell from your own footage you were ready for the retaliation, so i dont understand the "acting Clueless" method you keep using to say that the beef was over.

I would also like to add to the staff that deal with this, if you do decide i need banned for this. please make it a perma as i wouldn't like to continue my time within the server if im gonna get banned for acting how a gang should act.

Lets be honest here price can you really say "fuck the hustlers" is much roleplay at all? and with you knowing your life would be in danger going alone and you acknowledging that you will most likely go down by pushing alone how can you try and defend what you're saying here.

I said we had given roleplay to go along with our actions. I can't say the same for yourself. However in future if you do feel like we aren't providing enough roleplay please do let us know as we're always trying to improve on our roleplay as a group rather than only bringing it up when you've been reported.

 
I never went alone I had people ready to help hence why bmav was there and killed on of you guys also as you can see from Michaels clip.

Also i do not talk to any of you really OOC maybe Charlie every now and then so bringing it up to u isnt exactly easy.

Your logic on being outnumbered is NVL would mean grove as a gang would never be allowed to fight you guys as u have more numbers, doesnt make sense.  

I also only brought it up to show you, that's the only reason i put it there to put your claim that u RP to a high enough level is false, but regardless i have said all that needs to be said from my end so its up to staff the outcome, im not gonna sit here and go back and forth anymore so ill leave you to it and wont be replying further.
