I forgot to add the reason I never tried to resolve the situation was cause the person never came back.

Hello! 

It appears this player lost connection while in custody, as of such I will not be pushing a ban under C2.3
However! It appears to not be the first time this player loses connection, specially while in Police custody, and fails to message anybody on either
1) Discord
2) TeamSpeak
3) OOC Chat (in-game)
in an attempt to inform and resolve the issue, and to resume the role play. 

This is against the procedures expected out of our players, and as such I will issue a stern warning on this occasion. 
Should it happen again, this player risk a permanent ban unless the proper steps are taken.
