Please (in detail) describe the incident: So Marabunta and Grove are in an active feud when we found out that 2 Grove members were on their turf. We decided to push it as there wasn't much to do and would be a little bit of late night fun. We saw a police car roaming around mara turf but didn't think much of it since it's a gang area. We decamped at Vagos turf and decided to push into grove gardens. We don't get a chance to properly enter because there was firearms ready at the Cul de sac. We decided it'll be better to just go until the police clear out and we knew they didn't see us with any weapons so there wasn't really a reason for them to go for us.

As seen in the evidence section, the officer I'm reporting gave me no time to react to anything said and straight up tazed me. No words said to me at all leading me to believe he broke the RDM rule "(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot”". This is the first report I've ever made and I probably wouldn't have made it, but in the liasion he feels like he hasn't done anything wrong at all and just did what any other officer would do in that situation. If that is the case feds are done for. (At 4:24 in the clip I scream very loud so turn down the volume unless you wanna become deaf)

Overall I just feel it's very shit RP. No time to react and just get tazed, I wouldn't really want the person to get banned but more to allow him to get educated on what he did wrong so he knows what to improve the next situation he's in.

To the staff member this may concern, 

I strongly believe what I had done was no breach of the rules that Omizz is claiming I had broken.

For context, Marabunta and Grove have been in an active war for several weeks now and police have been showing active interest in both parties and intervened where there was an opportunity to prevent both parties from fighting. We have been continuous with our pressure on Marabunta and Grove and within the clip Omizz provided you can hear him radioing about the police and fully aware about what was about to happen if he did not leave the area or attempt to flee.

As mentioned above, Omizz was aware that police were roaming around marabunta and grove but he still chose to get into a blue sultan with a white stripe to "push" grove street. This sultan was follow by myself and 3 other CT-SFO vehicles after we had called it over the radio.

When the vehicle was stopped, 3 marabunta members got out and ran towards grove. One of those members were identified as Omizz. Omizz was seen earlier that day in a photo on tweedle holding a sawn off shotgun (https://i.imgur.com/1abRQKl.jpg). Further from that, multiple marabunta members have been seen either on tweedle, on their turf or grove street displaying firearms. This led to marabunta being a key interest of the firearms division within LSPS.

This whole situation was not random, there was a build up of the marabunta sultan being chased from their turf towards Dutch London. Where we saw the marabunta de-camp and run towards grove street. The firearms car, radioed in for more units, updating them on the situation and also further informing them of Omizz's presence. After SFC called out we should go after Omizz as he was singled out from the other two who had ran through the gardens towards the cul-de-sac. This led to the decision of a snatch and grab on Omizz. Where officers are required to quick and efficient at getting the suspect in cuffs, in a vehicle and away from the area. We waited for other units to arrive before performing a snatch and grab on Omizz. Omizz was on the phone during this time yelling that he was being chased by police and that police were arriving at the area he was in, from roleplay perspective we were unaware as to whom he was talking to on the phone and from a police perspective it could've been another one of his gang members. 

Therefore, myself deploying the tazer was not random and I believe my roleplay was to a good standard throughout this situation. I had tazed him after he was challenged by two other firearms officers. The first time round, I didn't manage to get to him in time whilst he was on the floor after being tazed, so rather than combat cuffing, I decided to let him run for a little bit before he was tazed by another officer and finally put in cuffs by myself whilst he was being tazed on the floor.

Right feel that this has been around for long enough, 

Doesn't look great not going to lie, yes Omiz is a known gang member and to be treated as one is fair enough but 1 second between saying armed police and tazing isn't exactly high-quality RP and with the resources to hand doesn't feel like anything more than let's see how quickly we can get this situation sorted and move on to the next.

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.) - Mass RDM is a permanent ban.

Omiz if you're being tazed even if you feel aggrieved by the actions please continue to rp the situation first and then take it up afterwards,  Screaming what are you doing wtf, after being tazed and hit with a car doesn't exactly immerse me in the RP.
