Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was at triad turf watching peple deal when i was waiting for a Zulu unit to arrive with a beanbag launcher so we could effect an arrest. As i come into view to strike onto "72" he starts putting his hands up whilst he is dealing, a known exploit to cancel the animation so he is able to flee. I TC his bike to prevent him fleeing on it and chase him on foot. He gets ran over by someone and he is detained after of which he combat logs. I waited for abit but he did not return and no messaged in discord could be seen
