Please (in detail) describe the incident: Clip speaks for it self to be honest, i am doing /e ganamstyle and he just comes up to me and cuffs me, he then continues to move the across the room whilst i was dancing, he didn't attempt to even try and ask me to place my hands up or anything, seems like its just lazy roleplay

i asked for him to come to ts twice in chat and i got no response

Hi mate, yes I did Combat cuff you I suppose but I will admit that. I would just like too address the calling me too TeamSpeak.  I don't have in game chat on my screen, My discord name is Alex Moreno. And my TeamSpeak name is Alex Moreno a swift DM would have been easier for me too see as Chat genuinely isn't a thing in my game atm. so I apologise for not coming too TS with you mate.

Thanks for admitting your wrong, im going to leave the report up and let staff decide what to do here becuase it has happened a few times when police just give lazy roleplay

Your forgetting that you had attempted and did manage too punch me many times through the cell, Cuffing you for that reason is better than tasing in my Opinion.

I'm not forgetting that what so ever, just because i punched your character doesn't mean you have the right to just cuff me when my character is moving

Alright, I reviewed the footage provided and read what both of you had to say. @Alex MorenoI appreciate you being honest and owning up to your mistake by cuffing @Daniel Harlowin the way that you did, this is just going to be a little slap on the wrist so please in future make sure to give orders to the individual and enough time to comply if the person is not resisting you may proceed to cuff the individual.
