Please (in detail) describe the incident: Whiskey was sent this text in-game: https://i.gyazo.com/5c632592a99e8e21d333392b8a77a03f.png - as a result we went looking for the fruit people as we have had a lot of encounters with them, including one where they informed to the police about us, so we have been trying to find all of them in order to kill them off. We were all looking around the city to find them, then I found them with Police and NHS down at the airport.

I put the GPS in group and we all waited for the police to leave, we had previously been spotted by the police while observing so we spread out. Once the police left, we chased one of them into the water who swam towards the coke processing at the docks, so myself and Penguin waited around that side, they appeared out of hiding and then a helicopter which was being flown by Grape (701), landed trying to pick them up from the chase. Penguin attempted to hands the pilot and the other fruit but Grape failed to comply, he was shot in the pilot's seat of the helicopter. He then whilst downed was still able to take control of the helicopter, and attempted to ram us and chop us up with the helicopter, we then shot at the helicopter and it flew away.

We then got chased by the Police towards Vagos where the helicopter also was, the helicopters engines then cut out and it landed, Grape was shouting for the Police to come and help him without RPing his injuries, he continued to not RP his injuries throughout the scenario as you would see from the clips. I then took the helicopter and put Grape in the passenger seat, to which I then picked up Lozza who was being chased by police and then flew towards Grapeseed, along the way Grape said "I will never forget you guys" after being told he was going to be killed.

Just a couple of questions.

In the first clip (the youtube link) - whose perspective is this? Have you/they got a clip of a few minutes prior to the start of this clip?

Hello @ThePenguin & @CJ - thank you both for making this report, and for providing the extra footage.

I'll start by saying that 701 will be banned for the following:
  1. C2.2 - You're unable to pilot any vehicle when you're downed, but for some reason this player was able to despite being downed. He then goes on to try and ram yourself @CJ with his helicopter.
  2. C1.7 - Takes a bit of common sense to think the above shouldn't happen, and therefore you shouldn't take advantage of it when it does. Grape unfortunately takes advantage of it regardless.
  3. G4.4 - Eventually when he lands and you guys capture him again, he's yelling at the nearby police for help perfectly fine as if nothings happened to him.
  4. G4.5 - After this player is told he's going to be killed, he states that he'll "remember you guys anyways" - this is a clear breach of G4.5.
You will also be given a warning @ThePenguin for G1.2 - you rolled up on both of these players and provided no roleplay to the pilot of the helicopter before you shoot him dead. I understand your character has reasoning for wanting these players dead, but reasoning or no reasoning you must provide high-quality roleplay to others before engaging in violence with them.

I also want to make a point about some commentary made in this clip - comments like "makes sure he never remembers us, ever again" are poor, and are indicative of ruleplay - i.e. you're only killing this player so they cannot remember you after they respawn - lest they break the associated rules. Do not do this please.
