Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was rolling around with two persons who I had just randomly met in stolen police car, I don't really know what we were up to apart from pretending to be police/being in the police car to hopefully single out a single or two officers with intention of robbing officers for their weapons. However one of the guys I was with decided to rob someone at the side of the road and myself and the other guy backed it.

He was held up with three of us with weapons draw clearly looking to commit a robbery giving full and clear commands. He continued to disregard our clear commands instead challenging us and staying on his phone, presumably texting his location to his gang so that they could roll up.

Once the gang arrived on scene I valued my life and kept my hands up but was shot anyway. The male that was being robbed then taunted us. I don't know if being part of a large gang gives you the right to be less scared etc but I don't see how it does as I don't see an exemption to the rules where it explicitly states "(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.". The two blokes I was with proceeded to jump in the car as the only thing being pointed at the time was a taser at myself of which obviously cant go through windows and is at least in my opinion a less than lethal use of force.

Normally I would take this out of RP and try and resolve it and have done so on a number of occasions especially with clearly newer players and the failure to follow the RDM rule but I feel like this was quite a blatant breach and negligence of the rules which has now resulted in my character losing whatever items was on his person as well as the two other persons I was with and then second time today this has happened to me today....

I feel like a few details are left out of this report. 

I was stood purposely off of the main road in a quiet spot an ordered a taxi so the only way you would have know I was stood there is that one of your group was signed in as a Taxi driver. Riding round pretending to be police officers in an unmarked car targeting players ordering taxi's is a very questionable tactic but on the actual incident.

The fact you were in an unmarked car claiming to be the police and threatening to arrest people without identifying yourself made me immediately suspicious. Before anyone exits the car and threatens me directly, I was already on my phone and had sent a message to my group letting them know I was in trouble. 

When weapons are drawn, I didn't run or become aggressive but instead tried to reason with you and buy myself some time. Even with all three members of your group talking over each other you can also hear the main instigator say, 'I will give you two more chances to do what I say'. As someone roleplaying a character who is a hardened criminal, I don't think my actions were that of someone who has no value for their life. You offered me two more chances to do what you said, I was going to take those two chances. 

I think that the use of language is very key in this situation. Phrases like, 'I am asking you politely' and 'I'll give you two more chances to do what I say' aren't exactly effective when trying to roleplay an aggressive robbery against someone who gets threated all the time. 

I'm also disappointed this couldn't be resolved in RP. Your characters didn't get dumped just taught a lesson so you could have easily found me in the city and had a conversation.

I’ll start with your last point, the characters died so it couldn’t be resolved via RP as we had no recollection.

I can’t speak for the driver but we were driving around aimlessly pulling random people over and we happened come across you and as far as I recall they made no mention to robbing persons calling for taxis or taxi drivers (I also don’t rob taxi drivers as it’s hard enough grind as it is).

As for the text at the start I don’t doubt you were texting your gang, it’s the 9/10 seconds you don’t speak to us at all and just stay on your phone after you start being held up.

I think the point your trying to make of people speaking over each other is pretty silly, I understood the command clearly when your boys rocked up, you hear me say clearly after people stop talking along the lines of “listen to what we are saying or you are going to slash and stab you”.

Saying someone being ‘polite’ during a robbery but then calling you a cunt in the same sentence doesn’t really make sense to me, the tone of someone’s voice and how they phrase a sentence matters more than just they words they use. 

At the end of the day regardless of how someone speaks to you if you have bats and blades being held at you with a command being said then you would most likely comply in an attempt to extend your life and avoid harm rather than talking about the colour of your clothes as a scare tactic and trying to save material items on your person.

As for the report I believe it is something we can discuss in voice chat now and if you see fit Nikolai I would like to just follow this with a chat and retract the report following the discussion so that no players face any lost time to their fun via sanctions.

Again with this, if you want to resolve a situation you should do this before it comes here and we have to go through and read and watch all of this. We are not here to mop up after people. 

It is very clear a rule was broken here for NVL g2.4.

As you have not updated us and it was a very clear rulebreak here that has already made it to the forums i will be giving this player Joziff Jordan a 1 day ban for G2.4
