What best describes this incident ?: RDM and RVDM

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was minding my own business going to a shop to grab a repair kit for my bike and player 677 swerved into me breaking my car, a member of the lost gave me a lift on the back of his bike and took me to the hospital to talk to player 677, i simply was asking him why he swerved into me and then he decided to pull out a knife and stab me
