What best describes this incident: grove member not valuing life
Please (in detail) describe the incident: took member of grove to dodgy, got him back to his feet asked him to drop everything with 3 guns pointed at him and he decides to pull out his gun and try to spray us

Hello @Sarcy - thank you for taking the time to make this report.

What the NVL rule is here to prevent is demonstrated quite clearly here. This user is at a significant disadvantage. He is outnumbered, outgunned and fresh off a grievous injury, despite this he doesn't comply with any demands given this. Pairing this with the face that he begun to drop other items either to delay/confuse/whatever his captors before opening fire highlights the fact that he is simply wanting to inconvenience/annoy them or force them to spend another 50k.
