Please (in detail) describe the incident: After hearing on radio that one of our members are being held up by the lost, and it resulting in a shootout, we had shot multiple Lost members and took them to dodgy doctor to do further questioning. Shortly after performing basic medical treatment to ID658 I proceed to resuscitate him and bring him to his feet. When he was resuscitated multiple people had pointed guns at ID 658 and he had been instructed to put his hands up. Instead he pulls out a knife and kills me. The reason for the report is that because of his actions I had to then miss out of a roleplay scenario I would of like to of been a part of, his actions also made the situation much more difficult for the Hustlers involved. I don't really understand why this happened and would expect a much higher quality of roleplay from a member of the Lost MC and a developer on the server.

@Valianted Thank you for taking the time to report me, As a Developer and Lost MC member I need to be held to a higher standard of roleplay.

I feel my actions in this report are just as I used it to further the couse of roleplay.

up to the point I stabbed you we were met with very little roleplay after I stabbed you it gave the rest of your gang something to actually roleplay about.

I got murdered and dumped  which im pretty sure you either were invovled with or could of been involved with due to how long we were in zips.

This report strikes me as not about the roleplay and more about you being upset that ive stabbed you.

I would of liked if you actually tried to resolve this instead of going straight to the report but i have a feeling this report is just trying to get another win over via the forums

Firstly I would like to point out just because your actions furthered the course of the roleplay does not mean it was not a rulebreak. It is clear to see that multiple guns were aimed at you, you were clearly outnumbered as both Charles and Mason were still downed on the floor and therefore you would have been at an obvious disadvantage but you still chose to stab me after just being resuscitate by a dodgy doctor with no words said before or after it. I personally cannot see how this doesnt fall under NVL and Poor RP. 

You claim that you were met with very little roleplay however I am failing to understand what Roleplay you would of liked to have happen between the shooting and arrival at the dodgy doctor, after the fight we had obviously moved you due to the potential of police arriving. From what I have been made aware when you were being transported from the Ranger station to the dodgy doctor you didn't speak at all and didn't use "/me" to indicate any injuries. When arriving at the doctor you were given decent medical RP for the standard of a criminal. From what I was told by the others involved you were murdered and dumped because of your actions of stabbing me, both of other fellow Lost MC members who were involved in that situation were let go and allowed to live. 

The reason this didn't go to Teamspeak was due to the length of the situation and it was forgotten about after, however after looking at the footage its pretty clear cut to me I don't understand how Teamspeak would solve anything considering you felt your actions were "just." 

And the accusation of "trying to get a win over the forums" isn't appreciated, I feel that we are both mature enough to not need to throw things like that around as at the end of the day we are all here to have fun, I am using the forums to report a rulebreak, not get a "win"

Not claiming it isnt a rulebreak im just stating the reasons behind my actions

Literally any form of roleplay from your side would of been appreciated, I got nothing. /me injects 5ml of morphine isnt roleplay.

I dont understand, After the length of the situation you felt you had time to do up a report but not actuatly take the couple minutes to reach out if we are talking about the mature route this would of been the way.

At the end of the day my Job as both a dev and lost is to create roleplay. Picking someone up and taking their shit because they have no choice because of G2.4 and then kicking them loose isnt roleplay. I forced your hand into dealing with a situation you guys wanted no part of and in the end we got some decent RP. 

I gained nothing from the situation but the experince which is exactly what roleplay is about, the give and take.

You're trying to defend your actions by saying that it creates roleplay, by doing this you're setting the standard that it is okay to break rules if it creates some sort of roleplay which is dangerous standard to set. I am failing to understand what roleplay you think this created, you were shot instantly after stabbing me which is to be expected, after this you literally say nothing, I have to go to hospital and therefore I miss out on the roleplay ( it's not every day you kidnap the Lost) and the gang has to go grab another 50k to get you up so that we can have some roleplay with you. All you did by doing that was make us spend more money and time in a place we didn't want to be. You had no idea what our plans where with you after the doctor and what roleplay could have come. I would like to think as a Lost MC member you can think of better ways to enhance or alter a roleplay situation other than stabbing someone with a complete lack of thought for the server rules. 

There was more medical RP than what you re claiming and I fail to see how the forums in not mature route to take. 
I would agree that your job as a Lost MC and a Dev is to create roleplay, however creating what you deemed to be roleplay by breaking rules I would argue is poor and shouldn't happen. 

I think you're trying to say here is that we just wanted the guns you had on you, this isn't true at all. Charles initiated the situation by holding up Ernie and Reggie with a shotgun because of that a shootout started we picked you guys up and took you to the doctor so we could get you on your feet and keep you as a "hostage" and try talk thing out for a while after, the guns are purely just a bonus. 

At the end of the day I don't agree with breaking rules to change the RP and that's why the report is up, from what you said it seems like you admitted it was a rule-break (correct me if I am wrong) but I have said everything I have to say an therefore will be leaving it up to staff to deal with

Right, sorry that this took so long but we have been rather busy. 

Mike, you know that you did wrong in this instance, and I hope that you learned from this. Given that mike has a completely clean record, and nothing was lost nor gained in this event, a warning shall be placed as a result of this report.  

It should be said that the quality of RP provided to mike here was pretty poor too, but in this case, the rule happens to be on your side. We may make changes to this in future.
