Please (in detail) describe the incident: I ran into this pillbox baldie at impound running me over prior to the video provided here where he were being a general nuisance. He was shot and taken to be dumped as seen in the 'Pillbox Baldie Trim' video. In the video he can be heard breaking character, not acting injured, talking about aimbot, talking about coming after us after respawning, just being a troll in general.

I was later at impound when the same guy rammed my car over violating the rule of NLR. I shot him to death and the cops showed up on scene, where again, he did not act injured and told the cops I had a gun. All of this can be seen in the two videos provided.

@xenDo you happen to have any evidence either from yourself or your friend you was with of the players session ID? 

I apologize but I am not entirely sure which player ID you're asking about, the guy which is being dumped in the hospital gown is the person I am trying to report which had session ID 64. I believed it was visible in the clip but it might've only been from my POV, as my friend had a much better POV since he were in the car with him I decided to provide his POV instead

I've had a look into the player in question and I can see they are already permanently banned from the server for other reasons  however in no means does it make it acceptable what the player was doing in the evidence provided. Since they have already been banned I will be adding this report to the notes and if they do appeal they will have to answer for all the above.
