Please (in detail) describe the incident: Just chilling at auto exotic and I noticed someone who was downed. I went over to the situation to see what was happening and to make sure the individual was okay, all of a sudden out of no where a truck came in very fast and proceeded to run over a lot of people for no reason from what I could see, he then proceeded to combat log from the situation.
