Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was chilling in the MRPD parking lot with my dog waiting for my partner to wake up when ID 616 came over to me, I tried to engage in conversation but he was fairly quiet apart from where he asked what the kennels were, I walked off since I was feeling a little weirded out by his presence, I noticed a vehicle on the pavement and went to impound it where ID 616 runs over to me and says ''Don't impound my vehicle'' and stabs me. I got his ID and attempted twice in OOC to ask what that was all about but to no avail.

(For reference I was sat alone in the same parking lot for around 7 minutes beforehand and had never even met this guy before)

I've reviewed the footage provided and it's clear in the video that the individual in question has broke G1.2 as the player has not provided quality roleplay prior to stabbing yourself, when you where going to impound the vehicle he said "No, don't take my vehicle" then proceeds to stab you when he provided very low quality roleplay. There was nothing said by yourself either to indicate that you were impounding his vehicle so instead of him figuring out what your going to be doing he instead ignoring the roleplay that could be provided there and provided minimal roleplay with no orders/demands and going straight to stabbing you.

It looks like the player in question has already received a permanent ban so this ban will he add to the current ban.
