Please (in detail) describe the incident: As you can see from my footage provided this guy just runs up to me in the clothing store and kicks me of my bike and then proceeds to attack me. After i pull a knife and get him once he runs in the stolen car he had and tries to run me over. He had enough time to leave the sceene after he got in the car but decided to persue his agenda. After he goes down i run to get my bike and when i come back he had combat logged. I then waited 15-20 mins and then left the sceene.

Thanks for the report.

Having looked at your evidence its clear the guy has just started hitting you for no reason. Then you get into a little scuffle where you then pull a knife and then he gets into a car and tries ramming you. As he got into the car after you stabbed him i wouldn't at the point say its RVDM but in the shop it is RDM so he will be getting banned for that. Then when you down him he then logs out to avoide the consequences of his actions also shutting down any more RP to be had.
